Hot Week! Moving Oleander Shrubs / Testing Products & Harvesting Pumpkins Saturday Vlog
Was a long week of being mostly stuck inside, trying to stay out of the heat. To prepare for the extreme weather, I set up a safe area to keep my oleander plants where they would receive less extreme light and be near the sprinklers. I tested out a product made for rust removal. EvapoRust worked amazingly for removing rust from my garden tools. I spent some time talking about short season squash and eventually made my way outside when the temperatures were better to harvest some pumpkins! I talked briefly about how I determine when to harvest pumpkins, then talked about some small vine and bush type pumpkins I may try out next year. Oh, and I talked about drip timers and some new succulents I got while out shopping at The Home Depot.
