🔵 Chelsea REVOLUTION_ 4 new faces, NKUNKU plans & what will Boehly do now_

The current technical director of Monaco in France will join Chelsea Recruitment King. Hey guys welcome back on the channel as always Fabrizio Romano here to provide you all the latest on a transfer market. Today guys we enter into Chelsea revolutions because we have many things to mention on the board side on the future of the club side and also of course on the And so guys I wanted to confirm to you that the Chelsea revolution is ongoing. It's an important one because as we mentioned a few months ago Todd Bolli has the intention to build something really really important and it's not just about the players it's not just about the new manager Graham Potter but he wants to build something important around them and so it means the board it means the recruitment team it means the new directors and so Josh Shields joining from South Hampton as co-director of the recruitment is 100% confirmed. I told you a few weeks ago about this appointment everything was already done and now everything is sealed so we're just waiting for the club statement but Shields will leave South Hampton and be one of the new faces of the Chelsea recruitment as I told you in a video you can find here on my channel a few weeks ago. It's a really important appointment because he did an excellent job at South Hampton and with Manchester City Academy and Talents for many and many years so Josh Shields is 100% joining Chelsea. Also we have to mention Lawrence Stewart because the current technical director of Monaco in France will join Chelsea recruitment team. There is an agreement in principle this was called by the Athletic and we can confirm that the agreement is almost there also between clubs not just with Lawrence Stewart after positive conversations but also with the club so they're just waiting to complete the documents the right timing and then Josh Shields, Lawrence Stewart will be part of the new Chelsea recruitment team and board. This is really important guys because for Chelsea to have many faces is a key point to build something like a new group so of course Chelsea but also other clubs around Europe to help the Chelsea brand and the world brand of the group as it happened with Red Bull, as it happened with City Group and so this is the potential mission of Tod Bolli and then guys we have to mention also other names because Paul Winston-Lee from Brighton is also close to joining Chelsea is the next one who will be part of the board so we mentioned Paul Winston-Lee from Brighton he did a great job too and so Lawrence Stewart from Monaco, Josh Shields from Southampton so you can see how many people and then they need a technical director and Christopher Vival as we know from Red Bull Leipzig he left Red Bull Leipzig they parted ways and now he is really close to joining Chelsea conversations are going in a positive way so Christopher Vival expected to be the new technical director and then we wait for the sporting director at the moment it's not something imminent it could take some time but it's important to mention that Tod Bolli will remain to coordinate everything will remain to have conversations around with the clubs so Tod Bolli is not changing his role he will be there he will be helping he will be bringing his ideas he will be working together of course with Graham Potter as a manager with his ideas and with the so the mission is to work together as the only Chelsea group but of course now there will be a strong recruitment team for Chelsea waiting also for a technical director Christopher Vival work in progress and then for the new sporting director so we wait for the official statement guys as we know Freund was already really close to Chelsea and then they collapsed it in a few days so with directors we have to be careful till the end but this is the situation with Josh Shields with Lawrence Stewart and of course Paul Winstanley waiting for Christopher Vival also guys is important to mention Christopher Cuncu deal many Chelsea fans asking me how is the situation at the moment Chelsea have everything in control for Cuncu the deal is there as I mentioned is agreed in principle between Chelsea and Red Bull Leipzig is agreed with the player he had a medical with Chelsea waiting to sign the contract that is not a detail because it's an important step of this story and then we can have the final stories around Christopher Cuncu as everything will be set to be completed but the agreement in principle is there for Cuncu all the people who are joining Chelsea have the same idea of Christopher Cuncu as an excellent new signing for Chelsea and so we wait for them to complete the deal and then we will be able to say a big here we go for this signing for Chelsea in 2023 let me remind that Chelsea are not triggering the Red Bull Leipzig on the payment terms so they are not paying 60 million euros in one solution but they will find a different kind of agreement with Red Bull Leipzig and then they have to send the contracts an important detail for an important and so guys let me know your thoughts on this Chelsea revolution how do you see the situation I still remember a few months ago Chelsea fans worried because of the sanctions situation of Roman Abramovich then everything has been resolved now with Todd Bolle and his team doing an important job for Chelsea so I wait for your opinion here in the comments Chelsea fans and not only remember to like this video turn on the notification bell as always subscribe to the channel see you soon
