Hey guys!! Today I wanted to share my favorite Fathers Day gift ideas to help any of you who are needing a last minute idea! Make sure to stick around till the end when I share thoughtful gift ideas that don't cost a dime! :)
We are an ADVENTUROUS family of 6 who lost our son to SIDS in 2014. Our biggest regret was not having family videos of him when he was here and is why we started doing daily vlogs!
Thomas is a 2X North American Champion in his kick-boxing career and Ashley is a network-marketing professional.
Together we have 6 year old Identical twins- Simon & Cohen. Our son Miloh was born 12/12/13 and passed away 5/20/14. We were blessed with our Rainbow baby (and 4th son) Ezrah this year on 03/02/17 and we have loved sharing our every day journey with our followers and are looking forward to where this journey takes us!

Hey guys, so if you are like me,
the first thing you do when it comes to birthdays
or holidays is you go to YouTube or Pinterest
for some inspiration.
So I thought with Father's Day just around the corner
that I would come up with a list of ideas
that really just about any father or husband would like.
And as always, every item I talk about today
will be listed in the description box below.
You have no idea how many times it took me to say
description box, description box.
The first few items I wanna talk about
are all things that are around the price of 20 bucks.
And also the first few things I'm gonna talk about
are for those dads or husbands that like to grill.
I got my list right here on my phone,
so if I'm looking down, that's why.
I wanna make sure I don't miss anything.
So, first thing is this pulled pork shredder clause.
So if your family loves shredded pork
and you don't own these already,
this is definitely a must.
The next one is if your dad or husband,
I'm just gonna say if he, okay?
Because that just covers everybody.
If he is into golfing and grilling,
then this golf barbecue set would be perfect for him.
I got these for my dad a few years ago
and he's loved them and used them ever since.
Another idea is this Clever Kebab.
So basically what you do is you just layer
all the food you want on your kebab
without having to cut them up into little pieces.
You just stick them all into the square
and then cut through it with the kebabs already in it.
The next one is a stuffed burger press.
My husband personally loves to stuff his burgers
and he grills every single day.
So, I actually ordered one of these for him.
Hopefully he's not watching, but if he is, oh well.
Because I know how much he loves stuffed burgers,
so I think this will be a really cool thing for him.
This next idea is just kind of like a general idea,
but basically if the man in your life likes to grill,
I think any kind of grilling accessory
is something that they get excited about.
I know personally, again, my husband,
because he grills every day,
if I ever come home with something new for his grill,
he loves it.
These next two items are for anyone
who has a handyman in their life.
And this first one is this magnetic wristband.
Okay, my husband, he literally loses half of the box
of screws because of how much he drops them.
So this is something else that I just ordered him
for Father's Day.
So basically you wear this wristband,
you can slap all the screws or the nails to it
or anything really that's magnetic.
And that way he doesn't have to hold onto the screws
while he's trying to screw something into the wall.
And then I really think any guy would be happy with this.
This is a 14-in-one hammer tool.
These are always great to have around the house
because you always need some random little gadget.
And this 14-in-one hammer tool
probably has what you need on it.
This next one, I actually got this for my dad
last Father's Day.
And it is probably his most used item.
And that is this remote caddy.
I think that's what it's called.
Next to my dad's couch, he doesn't have a nightstand.
And so he always, I noticed he always had just
all the stuff that he used, like the remotes, magazines.
He's diabetic, so he has some of his stuff
that he needs for that.
And it's always just shoved into the cushion.
So I was like, this, when I came across this,
I thought this is something he needs
and he will actually use.
And he does.
He keeps all his remotes tucked in there,
and then he keeps all the stuff right there on top.
So this is really convenient for anyone
who doesn't have a nightstand right next to their couch.
And they can just kind of fling this over the arm.
And another just kind of random idea
that every dad would be happy with is a new phone case.
So if you know what kind of phone your dad has,
everyone loves to get a new case.
This next category is ways for you to come up
with some thoughtful ideas.
So these are a list of a few different things
that'll kind of get your mind spinning
for you to come up with an idea that they would really like.
So just think of their favorites out of these lists.
Their favorite sport, their favorite sports team,
their favorite hobby.
What are some of their hobbies?
Where do they like to eat?
What is their favorite thing to do,
like when they're not at work
or they're not busy doing other things?
What do they like to do?
I think that just with that list right there,
you can really come up with a few ideas on your own
of what you could get them.
And if you wanna put like a little gift basket together,
another tip for you is I only go
to thrift stores for gift baskets.
If you just go to a regular store for a gift basket,
they can be around 20 bucks.
And then it's like, okay, that's 20 bucks
just to put everything into it.
So I always go to, we have, it's called the DI,
is where I like to go.
That's our thrift store here in Utah.
And I get gift baskets for 50 cents to $1.50.
I mean, that is for like a big old basket.
I got one for my mom for Mother's Day,
like this big long basket, it was about this big,
and I paid 50 cents for it.
So that's another tip for you
if you wanna put like a basket together of different gifts.
Another idea that is free but extremely thoughtful
is if you're married and you have kids,
you wanna do this for your husband,
is put a video together of your kids
talking about their favorite thing about their dad
or their favorite memory with them.
If you are single or you don't have like your own family
but you have siblings, another idea
is to have each sibling in your family record themselves
sharing a favorite memory of them with their dad
and then compile all those videos together.
And so you make one video
and then give that to your dad on Father's Day.
That's also a great idea if you don't live around your dad.
That will for sure put a smile on their face
and probably will be their most memorable gift
of the entire year.
Homemade cards are also a very thoughtful gift
that you can give to the man in your life.
And speaking of cards,
if you're not gonna go the homemade route,
I would definitely suggest to go to the dollar store.
That is the only place that I shop for cards.
I know I've mentioned that in previous videos
but these are some of the cards
that I picked up for Father's Day this year
and I only paid a buck for each of them.
I know if you go to any store,
they can be upwards of $5 to $13 for a card.
That's crazy to me.
And then of course write something
very thoughtful in your card.
The last idea I wanna talk about is my personal favorite
and that is to give the gift of an experience.
So what I mean by that is to give them
either a gift card or a gift certificate
of something that you two can go out and do together.
So for example, I know where my dad's favorite restaurant is
so I would get a gift card there
but also include on the gift card
that I wanna take him out on a certain day.
So ask him what day, maybe in the next week
that he could go do that together
or if there's something you guys like to do together
or go to a movie, I mean really you could do anything.
I know that in my family,
we all personally like to get experiences
so that is definitely something that I will be doing
for both my husband and for my dad.
Okay guys, I hope that some of these ideas
helped you come up with a few of your own
for Father's Day which is not this Sunday but next Sunday.
Also just wanna remind you,
everything I talked about again
is in the description box below.
