THINGS YOU'LL NEED:
- Velvet Ribbon (or any ribbon you choose)
- Scissors
- Candle
- Glitter
- Glue Gun
- ModPodge
- Paint Brush
- Vintage earrings, broches, or an embellishments you like.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Cover candle container with modpodge
2) Shake glitter over mod page areas. Let Dry.
3) Glue ribbon around the candle holder.
4) Glue embellishments to the raw edge of the ribbon.
5) Enjoy your design!!!
