Hi everyone, I am back doing another episode.
I know I've done a lemon theme before
in one of my past videos, but I love lemons
and I love citrus.
This one's gonna be country lemon today
that I am making for you.
And I've got these cute little accessories
and containers that I found.
These are like, you know, juice and water pitchers
and syrup, I guess.
And this is, you know, a big bowl.
It can be a salad bowl, it can be a fruit bowl,
whatever it is.
I'm gonna use it as a container
because I think it looks really cool.
And I have an assortment of like,
really cool, interesting flowers that I brought in
that are more textural.
And then, you know, when I was cleaning the space,
some of the flowers didn't do so well
and I was gonna throw them away
and then I was like, that's so petty.
There's still like, nice blooms in here that can be used.
So I'm gonna do that and make a little cute,
little nose gate arrangement in this one
without really, you know, tossing those out.
And then you'll see the other two arrangements
that are gonna be done.
And then for some reason, we'll incorporate citrus in here
just so you can see how the lemons could play a big role
on the actual arrangement.
Make sure you are going onto my YouTube community page.
There's a lot of new stuff that we're announcing there.
Again, I thank you for tuning in
and I'm gonna start making the arrangements now
and thanks for all the comments, huh?
I'm paying attention to all of them.
Let me start with this one, this little one,
with the flowers that we were going to toss.
As you can see, some of them are not doing well
and some of them are doing amazing.
And what I'm gonna do, I'm gonna try to salvage
as much of it as I can by cleaning up the leaves
and anything that is old looking.
And then, as you can see, these are fresh,
but they're, for some odd reason,
they're kind of started being really dainty and delicate.
I'm gonna bunch this up, cut that,
and then I'm going to insert it.
And then I'm going to take my rest of my flowers
and I'm gonna play with it a little bit.
Isn't this coming out nice?
I can't see it from there.
I'm gonna turn it around.
See what, there we go, we're gonna do one.
Almost like you went out to the country
and you picked the flowers and you brought them in.
Look how cute that is.
And then now I'm going to start with my lemons.
And what I'm gonna do with them
is I'm gonna take some wooden sticks.
This is already floral foam that's already pre-soaked.
And I'm gonna take these wooden skewers or stakes
and I'm gonna group the lemons together
by giving it space so I can insert the flowers.
Now I'm gonna take some of the flowers that I brought in.
I'm gonna do the coxcomb, I love the color on this.
Take another stem or two.
This has the green on it, the Dusty Miller,
so I'm gonna take a couple snippets
of it and insert it into the arrangement.
I think that looks really cool.
Wow, that looks so pretty already.
And then I'm gonna take the yarrow, buttercream yarrow,
insert it, tuck it in, make it pretty.
See, you get to see the lemons.
I'm not covering the lemons, not covering the lemons.
And now I'm gonna take my spray roses.
Look how pretty that looks.
Tuck it in.
And you can do it your own version.
It doesn't have to be exactly,
you see colors differently than I see it.
Obviously, visually, you have to learn
certain mechanics of certain things,
but then you can be as creative as you want to be
because creativity is limitless.
And I want it right in the middle, right there.
So that looks so cool.
Okay, this is what I'm gonna do now.
I'm gonna take these little babies
and I'm gonna have it sort of coming out of the arrangement.
And I'm gonna do it in different places
so it feels a little more natural.
This picks up a little bit on that grayish, greenish blue.
I'm gonna tuck this in like this.
So pretty.
It's so much yumminess right there.
Now I'm gonna go around and make sure
that my foam is completely covered.
And if I need to add a couple more flowers
or tuck a couple roses in deeper inside.
That looks so cool.
So cool.
Look at that color.
Like you couldn't, oh my God.
I'm so loving it right now.
It's not even funny.
This looks cool.
This is done as well.
Look at this.
Incredible, right?
I think it's superbly gorgeous.
You get to see the container.
You get to see the lemons.
And look how pretty on the table.
This would look really stunning.
Now I'm gonna finish this one.
And this one we're just gonna do,
we're gonna take all the stuff
and we're gonna do groupings of all of this.
Very casually.
See, like this.
And then I'm going to go in.
I have only one stem of this.
It's okay.
You can still use that one stem.
I can either incorporate it in there
or I can just choose to kind of just tuck it in
a little bit right there.
And then we have this, which is absolutely stunning.
And basically what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna take,
this is gorgeous.
I'm gonna take my cutters,
cut this off to the desired length that I want.
And what I'm gonna do is I'm just going to
softly kind of push it in.
And then I'm gonna play with it a little bit
so it feels a little more natural.
So it doesn't feel like it's stiff.
So I'm gonna clean up the table.
This one's done too.
I'm gonna clean up the table.
I'm gonna style it.
And then we're gonna come back
and we're gonna see how amazing this came out.
Like even the little, little, little, little details
make it superb.
You'll see me soon.
So I'm back and I just want you to come in.
I want you to come in close to the camera.
I just want you to see all these fun, amazing colors
and textures, just a visual yumminess.
I'm just blown away by just these colors,
these oranges, buttercreams, the whites,
the grays, the light blues,
the marigold oranges, just superb.
For your lemon country theme,
I brought you another example
of all the great stuff that you can do.
