2001 F350 Project - She won’t crank now, Wiring is my weakness :(

So I removed all of the Security/key sensor start thingy and now every time I try to crank her everything dies. I have to disconnect and connect the batteries to her power to everywhere again. I can do a little bit of everything here and there but man wiring is my biggest weakness LOL ... still no idea what that one plug under the dash is and the few wires that are cut not sure what they went to before, any help is appreciated she’s frustrating me !!
