INCREDIBLE VEGAN STREET FOOD IN LOS ANGELES

So guys, look at this weather. It's ridiculous now. This is literally like the weather I get home in the UK. But what I really like about this street food fair today is that everyone's so friendly. The weather isn't putting anyone off. Everyone's so happy and smiley, which is really good. And I feel really grateful because some of these amazing street food vendors have given me food to feature in the video. So I really, really appreciate them doing that. And the food we've had has been absolutely awesome. Definitely, if you're ever in LA, this festival's on every single Sunday. So come down. If I lived in LA, which I hopefully one day will, I'll be down here every Sunday. Maybe I'll have a store of my own here. It's awesome. The food has been so, so good. This is like our special bowl today with jackfruit, golden kiwi and blackberries. Nice. So now I need to choose a sauce. Yeah. I personally like the blue taro. That one has blue spirulina inside of it too. So you want that extra health boost. That one's really good. They're all coconut based too. Wow. This fruit is absolutely beautiful. The sauces that they put on the top were amazing. Check out Fruit Stop if you ever come into LA. Definitely try it. This is like Taiwanese beef. Traditionally, it's a Taiwanese beef roll with roasted beef that's been braised. So I made my own satan. I actually was inspired by your Christmas Oh, my beef recipe. Oh, yeah. So I just tweaked a lot of the portions. They get the ratios and the spices. So it's all like star anise and cinnamon, cloves and I use a spice grinder. And then so I made that slow braised with an old chew, which is what it comes with, with cucumbers. And the scallion pancakes, like handmade. That looks absolutely beautiful. Rolled three times. Yeah. So it's been like layered up. Let's try this. So good. Avocado. The scallion pancakes are awesome. You can tell I've been spending too much time in America so I just said scallion. Spring onion pancakes. So this is our OG. This is our vegan Nashville and our hot honey. And what's the name of your truck? Lettuce Feast. That is definitely a feast. Wow. Vegan goodness. That is crazy. That is good. That is real. Wow. So this is our Death by Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cake. It's very moist chocolate vegan cake. And then I made some homemade peanut butter frosting and some ganache on top. Coconut chocolate ganache. And then this one is our Valentine's Day cake. It's just fresh vanilla cake with berry cream and fresh berries in it. That's my type of cake. And then this is apple pie. Is that one serving there? Yeah, this is our slice that we serve. Well it's not one serving but it's the slice that you get. I wouldn't recommend eating this all in one. Oh my god. So guys, the rain is stopping, thank god. And we've just been given this most amazing food from Man Eating Plant. Vegan Chinese food. We've got the noodles, we've got the buns and we've also got this amazing looking soup. It looks beautiful. I can't wait to taste it. I could eat this every single day of my life. Yeah, I've been trying all your recipes and cooking them up at home. Thank you. That mushroom one was good last week. The three mushroom one, the enokis. Oh yeah, yeah. I made the little wraps and made a burrito style out of it. Oh nice, man, nice. It's good. Headed for the Super Bowl. Ah, that's a good idea. Yeah, perfect party food. I took that KFC style chicken, the chicken one, but I made strips out of it instead and then dunked it in some vegan ranch. Nice, nice, nice. I hope you have a restaurant out there one day. I will. I want to live here so I will. Good, yeah. He's been an hour just watching you. Thank you so much.
