2017 Silverado Project, Getting her ready for CHP Inspection 3RD TIME!!!

When will this be over haha geez, CHP basically told me they wont give me a inspection certificate because my seat cover was repaired and not replaced. Even tho it was repaired professionally by an upholstery shop and cant even tell where it was fixed, they still want me to buy a new seat cover so they can take my old seat cover and throw it away.
