I'm not in a, it's kind of a hotel on a university because some lovely, some lovely, uh, uh, curtains there. And I just realized just for a start, I had stuff everywhere. So I've kind of, I've sorted it out. Uh, well, thank you very much. That's lovely. Cause I've been on my own for ages. So it's, it's, uh, it's nice for you guys to check in. And what we're going to do today is just have a chat. Let me just see if this is working. So basically I never work off my laptop. So I've had to install the software on my laptop. Um, if I change to this one, that's my, yeah, that's kind of where we are now. So I'm kind of on a, the, the funny thing is, and I'm, by the way, I'm just going to be waffly as hell. The funny thing is that, uh, all the plugs, I was going to do it all on the desk and see what the plugs are. The plugs are kind of too low on the desk for me to put my Mac book. Cause you know, they're quite big. So I've had to come into the corner and like snuff around in the corner. So this is the kind of setup you've got here. And I've got a little light in the corner. So this is commitment. This is, and I'm all a bit nervous. I still get a bit nervous before I get used to being with you for like 30 years. Oh, Doug, you mean outside dark outside? That's a good job. I'm just trying to think of tonight. I'm not doing anything new tonight. I think I'm, I'm kind of, do you know what I'm getting? I think I'm, um, getting to the end of doing closeup gigs. I think I'm at that, you know, I'm 48. This is two hours from my house and that's about it. Unless, unless it's like a really well paid one and you get to go somewhere really amazing, but this is a lovely client, but I think I'm getting to the point now where, you know, I remember 10 years ago hearing people say, I'm tired of closeup gigs. And I remember being, how can you be? It's great. It's great. And don't get me wrong when I'm doing it. I really like it. But the, the, the draw of being at home is, is, uh, it's stronger the older I get. So I like sort of going over to me office and working on the card course and putting the tutorials together and making that as good as I can. And this kind of feels like it's almost taking me away from what I want to do. And I want to do magic. I want to do magic for friends and family and you guys and all sorts. But the, um, yeah, it's funny, isn't it? How things change. I think the best thing to do used to be, you know, to go around loads of tables and get around 20 tables in a night. And now I'm a bit like, I'll enjoy it. I'll get the most out of it. But, um, but I'll be glad to get home. I think, uh, have you picked anything up on a black Friday sales? No, I'm kind of holding back. I've got quite a lot to review at the moment. Uh, and it's, and it's stuff that, again, takes a bit of learning. So I've got, uh, some great stuff from the 1914. It is 1914. I'm not getting that wrong. Uh, a couple of things from then to review that again are going to take a bit of learning. Got some stuff from vanishing, which is great. I'm going to review the new Tamaritz download from vanishing. So all that stuff, but I really like to spend some time with it. So I think after this week's been really hectic doing boring admin stuff. So I'm going on to, um, uh, to, to get my teeth into the reviews next week and over the weekend I'm going to wait. So it's cool. I'm writing the book one day. Uh, but I will, I'm gonna, I'm gonna, John, I'm getting boring stuff in the bright Friday. I'm holding out for an electric toothbrush. Rock and roll.
