Saving The Lawn || What’s Happened To My Grass? 🌱🌱🌱
Another lesson learned ... look after the grass!! My lawn is so patchy, it looks dreadful because I didn’t look after it like you’re supposed to! It was so lush and beautiful this time last year, so it’s time for some repair work.
First I’m mowing (what’s left of) it, then giving it a really hard rake to scarify it and take off any moss and dried grass. After that I dug hundreds of holes into the “lawn” to give it some aeration. And finally a really good long water.
That’s all just the first stage and I’ll go out tomorrow and get some grass seed, follow all the instructions on the box, sow the seed and keep it well watered. And of course I will make sure to look after it properly in future.
Oh ... and I also relaid all my stepping stones ... twice!
Also in this video Richard has started phase one of his new Worksop project and gives an update!
