Zen of Kenpo | ART OF ONE DOJO

The Zen of Kenpo is an annual seminar held in South Florida by Kenpo Master Sean Kelley. Known for his large annual events, Mr. Kelley has refocused the weekend event to shifting the focus of Kenpo and the martial arts to not only become better fighters, but how to improve health and lives as well. This event is great for new practitioners as well as seasoned veterans that injuries and can find a way to adapt their practice to fit their needs. Today we take a glimpse into the Zen of Kenpo
