Japanese Department Store (Depa-Chika) 〜デパ地下〜 Japan Vlog | easy Japanese home cooking recipe

In this video, I am not cooking but instead am showing so called "DEPA-CHIKA", which is short for Basement floor of Department Store in Japan. In the Basement of Department Stores, they have food section, where they sell mostly freshly made food, that can be served directly at homes for that day. The price tends to be rather on the higher end, but the quality is guaranteed.

In my channel, I usually show authentic but alternative Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are available outside of Japan.
