Appreciate all the love you guys have been showing on my recent fishing videos. If you could take the time to watch the outro segment of my video and give me some feedback it would be greatly appreciated. It's amazing being able to share these experiences with you guys and express my creativity through something I love.
Oh! It's huge!
I'm stoked I've done it in a while.
It's going up good on my camera. It's showing up great.
Alright, let's record the release, dude.
P.E.N.
My man! Thank you!
I wouldn't have done that by myself.
Alright, what is going on guys? Chiefs here.
And in today's video we are going to be merging
my last two videos, but into one.
So, we're going to be fishing both of those same spots.
We're going to be starting off like how I was in my urban shore fishing video.
And then we're going to be moving to the center pin
in some tributaries.
Let's jump right into it, man.
It should be a really good day.
Got one!
Dude! I just hooked up!
Yeah!
Oh damn, dude!
Oh! It's huge!
Get the net!
I'm serious, get my net!
Dude, this is a very big fish.
Are you ready?
Dude, this is...
Am I recording this time?
She's coming right at us.
No? No.
Can't answer these questions,
because then I'll jinx it and say no
and then boom.
Head's downstream still.
Turn up, turn up.
It feels like a heavy fish.
See, she gets her head in that current,
she wants to dive in it.
Why do you guys say that she's almost done?
Boom, boom, boom.
I want to get him a little closer,
I'm going to start stepping back,
because you should be right by the sinker.
I'm going to let you go, bro, I promise.
You see if it was a male?
Yeah, I don't know.
Dude, try to get him, he's right on the wall.
He's right on the wall.
This might be our best shot.
Oh! Yeah, baby!
Let's go!
That's a tank, man!
Let's go, bro!
Big bump, dude, you're right.
Alright, well,
what we're going to do,
I've got a scale, I'm going to weigh him in the net.
That's a beautiful male.
That's probably 12 pounds, I guess.
Alright, here, let's get into this slack.
Alright, so,
just keep the net just the way it is.
Yeah, he's good.
He's ready to go.
Heck yeah, dude, he's chilling.
Beautiful steel.
What's your guess? What are we thinking?
I'm thinking, uh,
he's 9'2".
9'2"?
He's way over there, dude.
He's 13!
Beautiful, beautiful freaking buck.
Look at the colors on this guy.
Just amazing. Wild, too, see him?
Oh, yeah, he's a wild one.
These are the ones you let go.
These are the ones that make this happen.
They year after year for everybody else, man.
Look at that guy. He's grandpa.
Try to get low to the water.
Try to get low.
You can see the screen, so.
I can see it.
Am I in the whole camera?
There you go.
Woo!
Good stuff right there.
Alright, guys, so I'm kind of in a hurry right now,
but as you guys heard in my commentary earlier,
today we're going to be combining
my first two videos into one.
That was weird.
Started off with some bottom bouncing,
which was my first video,
and in my second video, we were center pin fishing.
I'm going out in a boat,
actually fishing the same spot
I was bottom bouncing at earlier,
and I thought this would be a cool video
to just kind of mesh the two kind of fishing
I do into one video.
Hopefully you guys enjoy.
You want me to push off?
Here, Shrey, bro. What's your name?
Josh. Josh? Robert. Nice to meet you.
Nice to meet you.
Appreciate it, Regis. Thank you, man.
Don't want me to do this.
I literally just put my line in the water, bro.
Damn, dude. That's a nice fish, dude.
Should I chase him down, or what do you want to do?
Dude, this thing's 15 plus.
He's swinging. Try to get him surfing up.
If you get him surfing, I'll be able to get this.
Just try to hold this position if you can.
He's right here, bro.
He's right on...
Oh, my God, dude.
That's a pig, dude.
Woo!
This fish is enormous.
Bro, look at how barely hooked you had him at the last...
Oh, my God.
You had him by, like, a piece of skin.
Keep him in the net.
This is what we're going to do, bro.
That's a 20-pound fish.
Dude, this is a 20-pound steelhead.
That's a 20-pound steelhead, bro.
Woo! Yes, Regio.
It's all on video.
Oh, hell, yeah.
Right now, what are our guesses?
17.5.
Oh, my God.
17.
The net's about a half a pound, so 16.5.
You want me to get him some?
That's like a steelhead of a lifetime
for a lot of people right there, bro.
Oh, here.
Get one like this one.
Jesus, dude.
This thing's a beast.
Man, dude, you don't even got to pull down on the reel hardly at all
to get it out there, man.
That's so nice.
If it's in the mouth, it's nice, but if it's not, it's a snag.
I'm going to let you go, dude.
It's in the mouth.
Look away.
It's in the mouth.
Surf on in, brother.
That's perfectly...
That's a beautiful fish, my guys.
I was just concluding editing the video,
which I hope you guys enjoyed, by the way,
and I just wanted to make a quick point about something,
and I'm really trying to make sure
there's not a whole lot of redundancy
in the content that I'm uploading,
especially the techniques and the ways that I'm catching these fish.
I've already made a video on bottom bouncing.
I've already made a center pin video,
and I thought it'd be kind of cool
to mesh the two together,
but something I just wanted to make the point of
is my accessibility to water and boats
and getting out on the rivers
isn't exactly the greatest,
so I'm kind of limited to my options
as far as what I'm able to use
and the techniques I'm able to fish like,
so I'm sorry.
Again, I don't want to have it be redundant
for you guys to see that,
but that is something that I do
on a very frequent basis,
and I thought the exception of this video
would be the fact that I actually landed
two of my biggest fish ever
off of that spot,
and I think that kind of makes up for it in a way,
and the same thing kind of goes with the center pin.
I want to do a lot more float fishing
for steelhead and salmon especially in the fall.
The same thing goes for center pinning.
I don't only want to center pin
and float fish, you know what I'm saying?
I'm really trying to diversify my ways
of catching these fish.
The point I want to make is I absolutely love
creating this kind of content.
I'm able to express my creativity in ways
that I was not able to before,
and it's very refreshing for me,
and the fact that you guys have been showing
so much love on my videos,
these past two especially,
it's really motivating for me,
and I'm trying to take this as serious
as I can.
I'm trying to be as ethical as I can about it.
I'm trying to let every single fish I catch go.
I'll probably do a catch and cook or something
down the road, but for the majority,
I release 99% of my fish
other than walleye.
I really don't even like to keep walleye all the time,
but if we're going to have a fish fry, I'll keep them.
I really enjoy doing this stuff, guys,
and I wanted to get that off my chest for you,
and regardless, maybe some of you guys
have never even seen some of my other videos,
so you don't even know what I'm talking about,
but I just want to say I really love what I'm doing.
I'm trying to be different,
and I'm trying to express my creativity
and my passion for fishing all at once.
Like I said, I hope you guys enjoyed the video.
If you guys ever want to stop by,
I actually stream on twitch.tv
for a living playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare.
Some of you guys may be interested.
Some of you may not be,
but I will have some links.
I'm going to be going on a really cool float trip,
and I have a couple different videos planned
in the future, so I hope you guys enjoyed,
and I'll see you in the next one. Peace.
