Inside Marbella's Newest & Coolest Villa Under 6.000.000€! Villa Palms (1)
Hi guys. Welcome back to our YouTube channel and to another property tour today
in lovely Marbella. As you guys know,
we are from this beautiful place and today we have the pleasure to show you a
new built 5,750,000 Euro home in the heart of the Golden Mile.
Detailed drone shots. Let's go.
All right guys, smash that like button, subscribe to our channel,
share this video with your friends, buy this home,
contact details of Soul Villa, the exclusive listers are in the description box.
Let's talk about the property. First and foremost,
in a super modern and clean look,
we have numerous carports in this home.
One that is just in front of me and of course this stretch that leads up to the
house. This home literally was finished a couple of days ago.
We're the first to tour it. And as you know,
it's always a huge pleasure for us to show homes,
especially for the Soul Villa guys who have fantastic listings.
Five bedrooms,
510 square meters of interior built all on a plot of 1,850 square meters.
And yeah guys, let's walk in. Let's discover what it has.
Big fan that it's still continuous with the Spanish tiling,
black door in this cool pallet style.
Patrick is a big fan of these, aren't you? Yes. Yes.
Let's go inside. Nice pivoting door. We have covered spaces to the left.
Very clever how they installed it right at the entry.
Sometimes it's missing in modern homes and the guest toilet right at the foot
door of your entrance. You're seeing in the detail shop, elegant, spacious,
and it smells super nice. Now, ladies and gentlemen,
this is the first floor with your living room, dining area.
It's light. It's cozy.
You have a lot of luminosity coming in from this big window front.
Also a nice crystal glass table.
You don't really get to see many of these crystal glass tables.
This one sits six people. Splendid.
Everything is light as you can see.
You also have a lot of luminosity, recessed lighting,
ceiling coves with hidden LEDs and the night shots.
You're seeing that perfectly. This is your subdivisional wall,
which also features a fire pit and a niche for your television.
I like the cuts of the ceiling coves here. As mentioned,
recessed lighting is strong in this house.
And now I would like to welcome you guys into the kitchen,
which is super light lit.
I love that word and I love when places are light lit.
Korean countertop in this gigantic kitchen island that also spreads over to a
barstool section with four seats. Easy.
Make your breakfast eat here instead of in your dinner table.
You also have access points out. Not on this one.
This is a picture window showing you a picture painting outside of your green
front that you have. And of course, a lot of garden space.
Now Siemens appliances like this induction here,
the extractor is nicely mounted into this whole ceiling above appliances are a
mix between Miele and Siemens. Here we have Miele Liebherr fridges,
one on the left, one on the right. And of course,
a wine cooler in the center of it all.
Not to forget electrical plugs to be found on both ends of the kitchen island.
Super important. Yeah. We didn't show the sink, but in the detail shot,
you're probably seeing that there's a sink and also a terrace to enjoy your
morning breakfast on. If you're not bothered to do it inside. Love this part.
This is a mirror, but it's also a clock.
And I think the combination is really cool.
And it's the first time I ever saw one in a home.
So you can see if you're styled out enough for the Marbella nightlife and if
you're running late. So for some people, this is a lifesaver.
I know a lot of people, Alex, a friend of mine who's always late. Yes,
you. What do you rather say? Poojan. Poojan, Alex.
All our friends are always late. This could be a perfect gift for them. Now guys,
moving away from a gift to my friends. Hope you guys are watching right away.
Let's point out that on this floor,
we have two ensuite bedrooms on the corner of the house and three bedrooms on
the second floor. Let's have a look at them.
You're seeing in the detail shots, ladies and gentlemen, this room is clean.
The interior design is throughout.
This also has an access point out to the terrace and a sort of walk-in closet
here. So follow me, Patrick,
space to the left and to the right to hang your clothes. And of course,
a spacious ensuite bathroom. All right, this was bedroom number one.
Let's have a look at the bedroom. Are you kidding me, Patrick?
Patrick always fools me around. He says, let's not go onto the terrace now.
Let's do it later. Then he tells me to do it. And if I don't do it,
he gets angry. Guys, it's not easy to have a brother. If you agree,
comment below. This terrace also wraps around to the kitchen.
Did you just pretend to pick up the glasses whilst I'm standing already outside?
Well, because we make nice transitions. You also have the living room access from
here and a good look onto the swimming pool to see if your friends are already
swimming that you join them at a later stage.
Let's look at bedroom number two on this floor. Come on. Alrighty. Yo, let's go.
Floor to ceiling doors with hidden hinges and electro magnetic,
magnetic soft close.
Now you'll also get to see a lot of the L and D play like this on here,
creating some sort of light subdivision of rooms. Really cool.
The same applies onto the staircase leading up to the second floor.
We'll show that later. Now, bedroom number two.
This bedroom also has an access point out to the garden. Let me show it to you.
This also wraps around where there's a staircase leading down to the swimming
pool.
So from every bedroom you have access points outwards, which is cool.
Now that's the main door I entered into like the pillow holding the roofing with
the Spanish tiles as well. And yeah, generally speaking,
interesting architecture, clean lines,
a lot of glass balustrades and black elements in the house.
Now let's go one floor up and see what we find.
Elevator connecting the basement, this floor,
the first floor and a solarium. Cause we didn't tell you there's a solarium,
and this is what I meant.
The L and D strips that guide you upstairs in case you are a little bit drunk,
come home. You don't know where you are. You'll just follow the path.
It's like a landing strip. Yeah. But a one that leads to your bedroom.
Let's follow it. Come on. Jokes aside,
very cool element at night as well.
That's the access point for the elevator. That's the staircase.
You can also walk up. Can you? Yes, you can walk up.
You mean the rooftop? Yes, correct. This would be the main bedroom.
Let's have a look at it together.
Now a lot of picture windows and glass doors giving you that view
outwards. This bedroom is the biggest one.
Big fan of bed framing.
It is missing most of the times in houses. Patrick, you're pointing that way.
That is a picture window. Oh no, that's a door.
That's a glass door that leads to the terrace and also wraps around to the last
bedroom we have in this house. But what I wanted to point out,
you have very slim frames in the windows, another ceiling cove,
LED lights, dangling chandelier lamps from the ceiling.
Very neat and clean design. Now, obviously pocketing doors,
but this one is a little bit more interesting cause it's a
pocketing glass door. We have a bathtub,
two sink vanity here, rain shower, more natural light coming in.
And of course the possibility to also open them to bring more air into here.
Let's continue. Into the walk in a closet,
plentiful of space, LED strips illuminating where you're supposed to put your
clothes. Of course, a big mirror set up there as well.
Generally speaking, great size in this home.
This is the fourth bedroom we're showing you. The fifth one is the last one,
five bedrooms en suite. Mia culpa. This was the third bedroom,
the main bedroom. We still have two to look at. Right there is number four.
Clean, continuous style and design pocketing door to save space.
I just generally think every home should just consist of pocketing doors.
We also have the nice tone here on,
which is similar to all the door frames and pocketing doors.
So there's a nice color palette continuation.
This is just a space.
I wanted you guys to see how much space you have in your drawers and in your
closet in general, enough to hide two people in here.
But if need be, I must point something out. Pocketing doors. Yes.
I like them a lot, but they don't give the same clean look than a door.
Cause look, look how smooth it just closes with the, with the wall.
You couldn't make it even more by,
by just putting this edge even further into the wall and it would,
the door would disappear. You mean the door frames? Yeah.
The door would disappear. Yeah. But sometimes you can't be okay indoors.
Yes. You can never go too heavy. You can, because the framing is,
is this one, the framing around to the pocketing door.
That's done not out of technicality, but just because it looks beautiful.
If this disappears,
you have a continuation of the wall and suddenly the pocketing door,
which slides within the doors at the walls.
Yeah. But you have to leave space between the walls.
So the pocketing doors can slide in. Yeah, but you don't need this.
You need that.
What you do need is the Arizona underfloor and air cooling system,
which is throughout the house. And now let's have a look at the terrace.
Because I don't think there's more need. Oh, look at this.
This is so traditional and boring. Pocketing doors. Guys, what do you think?
Let us know in the comment section below. And now let's look at the terrace.
Nice glass balustrades allowing the visibility as well.
At the far end is the main bedroom that I spoke about right there.
Nice organic wall as well. A little chill section. So even here,
you have plentiful of space to enjoy your time. Now,
Dominic is team pocketing doors, Patrick's team traditional doors.
No, I didn't say that. What are you guys now?
Let's look at pocketing doors are just more visible.
We had the whole debate. I think people understand it by now,
but I don't agree with you because you do not understand.
I'm trying to explain. Okay.
Nevertheless last bedroom is just in front of me and I think people would like
to see it. So let's go. All right. This is the last bedroom.
I still like doors more than pocketing doors. Oh my God.
One look at this pocketing doors and look how easy it just opens and disappears.
This entire door wouldn't be visible in this case because it goes within the
wall. Many arguments.
We also have a ensuite bathroom here and a nice terrace area.
Let's look at it together. Perfect terrace.
You can come here, read a book, drink your coffee,
or enjoy that fantastic view to La Concha,
which creates a microclimate for Marbella or listen to audible or listen to
audible. Exactly. We are big fans of audible right now.
We're listening to a book named Patrick.
What's the book you're reading?
I'm reading a book. I'm listening something. Yeah. No,
I'm actually more into podcasts lately.
You just recently said you downloaded a really good book from audible.
I think it was Robin Hood. There you go. Robin Hood.
It is catching up with the youth. All right,
let's continue the tour. Ladies and gentlemen,
this staircase leads up to the solarium where I say we go now to show it to you.
So now Patrick loves rooftop terraces.
So go ahead and tell our audience why.
It's just a very good use of space. You know,
you're not missing out on anything and you get full sun exposure up here.
For sun tanning. This is like a dream place.
Look at La Concha. Boom. Presenting itself there in the back.
This mountain is so iconic.
I wish I could buy it and make it mine. Now guys, this solarium,
not only does it have sunbeds to come and chill out on L shaped couch,
it also has a sort of barstool section here to eat.
And you wonder, okay, eat what? Chips? No.
You have a kitchen up here. Let's look at it.
Which is right here. Now look at this entire setup.
This is for dinkum.
It's one solid kitchen basically with a
grill, a sink, fridges.
Everything you need. This is awesome. This is like all in one. You just,
you just need this in your home and that's it. You don't need more.
You have another gas cooker here.
Countertop to cut your veggies or meat and steaks on.
Super cool.
And then you can also eat it more formal on your benchmade wooden dining
table right here,
or hop into your jacuzzi bath.
Put the steaks on, hop in the jacuzzi, wait for them to get ready, hop out,
start dining on the table. That's a dining table.
I hope you're sitting on the right position because then look at this view.
Yes. Again, even better than before. So guys, if you buy this home,
you get a schedule from my brother of what exactly to do in which order to
enjoy it to the max. Now, ladies and gentlemen,
there's still an entire basement with a chill out bar area for us to discover.
I'm going to be taking a lift this time, which also goes all the way down.
So yeah,
stay tuned until we show it to you and big thanks to Sovilla for allowing us to
tour this beautiful home.
Not to forget there's also a bathroom,
so you don't have to run down.
So yeah guys,
I've noticed a lot of you are watching and commenting,
but some of you are not subscribed. So if you are not subscribed, do so.
We do tour really cool properties in Marbella, in France, in Italy,
in Mallorca, soon all around. See you downstairs.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, we are now going to show you the last floor.
Big fan of it because this is the kind of area I like to come and chill or throw
a little party, open shelving here for your gins or wines.
This is a full functional bar area with a sink as well.
Numerous fridges to put your wines or beers into. And yeah,
just to generally speak in a really cool area.
And I'm so happy they included it into the build.
We also have a chill out section where you can come and binge your favorite TV
show. I'm going to be watching stranger things.
The last two episodes coming out soon,
or maybe already did when this is life. And yeah,
this is just a perfect place to do it.
You probably also seen in the detail shows. Now this is cool.
I like to play this football with friends, kickers. Very exciting.
Patrick doesn't like it. All right.
And we have a gym section right over here with a few machines,
a running machine,
a titanium strength machine with which basically you can do all sorts of
workouts. So this is like a multifunctional thing. And yeah,
one of these really cool air bicycles and a lot of space for your yoga.
Nice. Now there's also a laundry room. Let's have a look at it,
which can't be missing in a home on the golden mile in Marbella.
Cupboard spaces, sink, your washer, your dryer,
everything you need here is the machinery room.
But Patrick says I shouldn't show it because there's still some stuff just
lying around. So sorry guys, for those who always say,
show us the machinery room.
We do when it is in perfectly immaculate condition or bathroom behind you.
Very importantly,
if you have guests or you're at the swimming pool and you have to take a wee wee.
Cause you're not allowed to pee in the pool. Yes. Yeah.
Guest toilet for the pool area. Have you heard?
Apparently there's this new chemical to put in a swimming pool.
There's some amazing videos about people peeing in the pool and suddenly it goes
bluish and they're like, I'm not peeing. Yeah. Nice. All right. Like I said,
it's just under 1,850 square meters of plot,
big swimming pool, which is also heated and it cleans itself.
As you can see, the wind is picking up a little bit, ladies and gentlemen,
it's time to head down to the sea and go kite surfing.
But before we do that, this is the main entry.
It's also where we started the property tour.
You can also park your cars there or directly deliver your barbecue material
here or park there. Now guys, thank you so much for tuning in.
If you love the home and you are looking for a cozy,
comfortable home to live in, in Marbella,
contact details of Sovilla in the description box.
Thank you guys for tuning in for another property tour and yeah,
stay tuned because there's much more coming guys.
Thank you. And bye. Patrick, last words? No.
I think you said more than enough. I still have to emphasize.
I prefer doors to pocketing doors.
