Welcome back to the Mauro Brothers. Yes, we've just been golfing and boom, it was a fantastic day. We are in Zagaleta ladies and gentlemen, and we are about to show you a beautiful home that's on the market for rent. Now we chose to tour this because very often people always say, okay, find me something in Zagaleta. I want to see the big homes, but what about experiencing what it feels like to live in Zagaleta? Well that you can do with this stunning contemporary home that we're going to be showing you. Thanks to Marbella Mountain Resort, the agency who allowed us to do it. So guys, welcome back to the Mauro Brothers and let the property tour begin. Wow. This is by far the biggest door we have seen in a private home ever. It's at least four or five meters tall, paneled with wood and sets the tone of the color palettes in this home, which is nestled into nature. As you have seen in the detailed drone shots and if you enjoyed it, ladies and gentlemen, give us thumbs up, support the Mauro gang. Now, very simple. We have four bedrooms in this beautiful home, one bedroom to my right, three downstairs. We'll get to everything, but now let's move to the left side of the house to show you what it has. Starting off with your fancy dining area. You see everything super lofty in this home. You have super high ceiling and yeah, a great space to come and eat or if you go that way to come and enjoy, kick back, relax and enjoy your holidays. Now you can stay up to eight people in this home and the price starts from just under 2000 euros a day. You can also make a big fireplace. Now, ladies and gentlemen, for those who know the Mauro gang, the Mauro brothers, we love fire and this is a beautiful big fireplace. And what's really cool is how they went for the open slots to put the logs, which just matched the interior design of this home, which blends in with the cork trees outside. And of course, come, pine trees because they're cork and pine trees in this home. Stunning. I'm going to be showing you the terrace. There's a lot of terraces in this home. This is the first one. Let's have a look. Fantastic. You've seen a lot of windows in this home that wrap around the entire sort of square living room area that we have here. What I'm surprised, there's no television, but that's really cool because maybe you come and you read a book instead of binging some Mauro brothers. No, actually don't do that. Binge us before you do anything else. Now guys, this entire corridor, as you can see, is illuminated super high. We have an office space right here. So if you want to come and work a little bit whilst you stay here, it is possible. Down here we have a staircase going to the ground floor where three bedrooms are games room and the accessibility to the pool to my left. Let's have a look together. We have a beautiful high door, which leads you to your guest toilet. You know how it works. Toilet, you come, you do your business. You know the drill. Let's not spend too much time in the toilets because this is far more fancier. You've got the wooden panel staircase, super airy leading up to a solarium. And of course, the stairs going down as mentioned before, cupboard spaces, plenty full of them. Here we have a laundry room, fully functional. I'm not going to show it all our equipment and the rest of our team are hiding in it. Kitchen. We're going to be showing you later, Patrick, or no, no, no. Are you sure? Let's go. Let's go. Right. Look at this. Captivating, spacious kitchen, kitchen island with all the appliances that you need right in the center bar stools. And the airiness of this room is just amazing. Now if you come from a rainy country where it's ugly and gray, imagine cooking here with the visibility out the panoramic views and the rolling mountains. I'll come to that at a later stage. We have Gaggenau appliances everywhere here. Fridges and freezers are also well hidden in the white paneling of the cupboards and yeah, this stunning outdoor area. Let's have a look. All right. All right. All right. Ladies and gentlemen, this home is a merge between indoor and outdoor and it's nestled into nature. And that's just a perfect example. You see the cork trees, you see the pine trees in the far end rolling mountains. Imagine how nice it must feel to come and eat your breakfast here with the silence of Zagaleta, the amenities of Zagaleta close by and the beauty that just unfolds. It's mesmerizing. And what's really cool about this home, by the way, kind of has this tree house feeling because the entire deck here is floating above the ground floor and it's paneled in the wooden layers here. And it's just a cool add on to the indoor outdoor livable experience. Now, does that make sense, Patrick? A hundred percent. I do feel exactly the same. Yeah. Can you picture how awesome it must be to come here, have your breakfast, your coffee, sit down, enjoy the views. Now from there also you turn a little bit closer. We have a fantastic view over to the second layer, which is your garden area with your swimming pool, another covered area where you can eat. You get to see the greenery and deers that sometimes just stroll through the nature. You are in peace here in perfect harmony. And I must admit this home is leaving an impression on me already. It's something I would love to rent for a period of time just to embrace nature, meditate, do some yoga, you know, the drill, all of that you can do here. And now let's go back to the kitchen. From here you'll understand what I mean with this hovered terrace space and the grand view. Look at this. Yeah. The view is fantastic. I mean, let's give it a bit more appreciation because you are looking at rolling mountains, greenery. Let me show the sunsets here must be quite good. Yeah. You see a bit of the golf course down there. That's where we apparently came from and yeah, the kitchen. So let's go back inside the kitchen. This hallway is beautiful. It is super illuminated. You have not only windows on the wall, but you have skylights that brings the natural light in. Let's investigate slightly more. So you get an understanding of what I'm talking about. The luminosity is fantastic in this home. This is the corridor by the main entrance. And of course, here we have that staircase leading up, which you've seen in the detail shots leads to a solarium that you might have seen in the drone shots picture windows, as you can see right above, which also automatically open with a push of a button. Now you can close the entire kitchen down with the pocketing door. Everything in this home has been designed smartly. Now we have the main bedroom on this level. Let's have a look. Come on. All right, guys on suite bathroom to sink vanity, bathtub that you have seen just at the beginning with a beautiful view out from the picture window, a shower, really spacious shower. To be quite honest, it's a lot of space here. You've got your microphone in case you like to sing. I'm a terrible singer. I do like to sing though, when I am in the shower and now that was the first on suite bathroom. We have shown you the bathtub is my favorite, by the way. Now let's look at the bedroom. Come on passageway. Nice little gallery going on here with painting and this double height ceiling bedroom, a lot of space. It's airy. It's fully designed out, but what's best about it is your own private terrace, which has a fantastic view outwards. Let's have a look at it. Come on. All right. Now it's a pity for some reason, the sensor doesn't want to switch on, but you get an idea. You have a lot of cupboard spaces to put your clothes, come for a week. You've seen it in the detail shots, but what I like the most is when you sit here, you see the beams that are holding the upper floor terrace that we have discovered. And of course this area, let's have a look. It's magic. I have to say, you're so immersed and embedded and nestled into the nature. Privacy is key here. You get to see the own land that it's still part of the house, the wooden beam structure, the floating terrace from just above. Perfect place to come and enjoy your coffee in the morning. Or meditate, meditate. Exactly. I would say if you are going to rent this home, it is truly to enjoy peace and tranquility and to be immersed with nature, tank in the greenery, some serotonin, some dopamine refreshments, vitamin D maybe vitamin D. Totally. All right. Serotonin. Serotonin is the happy making hormone and that's people are lacking it in cloudy, rainy places. So come here, enjoy this and reboot yourself. Patrick and I go to the sauna how often? Three times a week. Three times. Maybe you want to also mention to the viewers that we have purchased the sauna. Yeah. Thank you for the generous liking and subscribing to our channel. We were able to afford ourself a tiny sauna where Patrick and I literally sit like this. It's a two man sauna to sit in. Yeah. And it does what it needs to. It does fully. This is a little laundry room. A second one. Yeah. Quick look inside. A light is off again, but it's really not so interesting. You can come and iron your stuff. What I wanted to say, ladies and gentlemen, Patrick forces me to jump into the freezing cold bath after now. Boom. Yeah. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the last bedroom. And for some reason I do think it is the biggest room in this house. It is certainly the biggest one. It's grounded access points out to the terrace are numerous. You also have behind this divisional block, your closet. Let's have a quick glance at it together. Voila. You can store all your goods here and here not to forget. So there's a lot of space for you to put your clothes cupboards on. So important. What I want to say is important is that you have from wall to wall windows and doors that lead out and let you see what's outside. Really cool.
