Hey guys, welcome back to my channel.
I have a couple more dollar store DIYs
I wanted to show you for Christmas.
So the first one, you're going to need
a couple of those plastic candy canes, those large ones,
as well as a couple of these burlap ribbons.
However many candy canes you get,
you're gonna need one per candy cane.
So all we're going to do is glue this ribbon
around the candy cane using a hot glue gun,
and really you're just going to wrap this
around the entire candy cane.
It just so happens that there is like
exactly enough burlap ribbon to wrap over this entire thing.
So this is just going to give it
a really cute farmhouse-y and rustic look,
which is exactly what I was going for,
and it really did cover really well.
As you can see here, I'm not gluing down every single piece.
I'm just wrapping it around, and every couple of turns,
I will hot glue it to just secure it a little bit better.
Once it is finished, you can kind of see
it has like a messy look to it.
I am going to tie one of these little white bells to it.
I could only find three of these at the Dollar Tree,
so I have three of them with the bell on them
and two of them without.
I also picked up this big bucket at the DI,
which is a thrift store in my town,
for just a dollar, you guys.
So if you guys are wanting a similar look,
I would definitely hit up the thrift store first,
because you can get way more bang for your buck.
But I absolutely love how this turned out
for my front porch.
Moving on to the next one, this is kind of a two-for-one.
You're going to need two different sizes
of the white plates at Dollar Tree,
as well as two of the glass candlesticks.
The first thing you're going to do
is spray paint these black.
I used a matte black spray paint.
And then you're going to use E6000,
and you're going to glue these to the plates.
I wanted to make one of these really cute two-tier trays
for the next thing I'm about to show you.
I went ahead and picked up a couple
of these plastic houses from Dollar Tree,
and I just spray painted them white.
They do have these little trees at the Dollar Tree as well,
but Walmart carries them,
which is where I picked up these ones.
I believe they were 80 cents,
and the other one was a dollar.
This is something very different,
but I love how this turned out.
I feel like it does look very farmhouse-y,
so if that's a style you're going for,
I feel like this is perfect decor for any of your homes.
Now, moving on to the last one.
I picked up this frame from the Dollar Tree,
and this is kind of the look I was going for.
I love the saying, better not pow.
I love how that looks.
So using the Fonto app, I am going to just make my own.
I just pick out the white colored background,
and I use the font Adler.
I will have that linked in the description box below,
but I feel like that looked very similar
to the font that was shown in that picture.
So now I'm just gonna make it a little bit bigger,
and then I'm going to save this to my phone
and print it out.

♪ So please Santa ♪
I am super happy how this turned out.
I feel like for just one dollar,
this is a very cute statement piece for your home.
But remember, if there's a different saying that you want,
anything will go.
Just pick up a cute, cheap frame from Dollar Tree,
and you can pick any Christmas saying you want in your home.
Thank you guys again so much for watching.
