Disney’s Trattoria al Forno Breakfast 2022 Tiramisu French Toast Disney Memorabilia Live Stream

Hey friends today we are hanging out at Disney's Boardwalk Resort and we're going to be having breakfast at Trattoria Alferno because they have tiramisu style french toast and that sounds absolutely amazing. And then later on I'm going to be giving you a sneak peek at some of the amazing Disney props and memorabilia that I'm going to be auctioning off for my next WhatNot livestream. Anywhoos let's go do this. And here we are Disney's Boardwalk Resort. I'm so excited to have breakfast on the boardwalk. Doesn't that sound so funny? Breakfast on the boardwalk. Sounds like it could be a song. Seriously this restaurant has been on my list for the longest time. Like I said tiramisu french toast. Like I didn't even think that. I didn't even know that was a thing and it used to be a character dining breakfast but that hasn't come back yet so I wanted to come out and take advantage of the lower price because once all the character dinings come back you've seen it before at other restaurants the price goes way up. So we're going to enjoy some tiramisu french toast and a little boardwalk. Like that's a great combination. Here it is Trattoria Alferno. Our reservation isn't for a little bit and they said they're backed up but I requested to sit outside because like I said I want to have breakfast on the boardwalk and they have a nice little outdoor area there so we're going to wait until the table opens up. And like I mentioned in the beginning of the video later on I'm going to be going over all of the cool things that I'm going to be auctioning off for my next Whatnot live stream. If you guys didn't know I partnered up with Whatnot and we do live streams where we auction off like Disney memorabilia and props and all of the earnings go to Give Kids the World and I ended up getting a lot of great items this time. So I really want to go over them and show you them and get all excited for the auction. Here is a quick look at the breakfast menu and some of the items are actually not that badly priced. Like you know when you do the character dining I think you pay like $30 or $40 a person but here you get to order like a la carte per entree and the most expensive item is the oat grilled steak and eggs. It's $21. Then they have a sunrise breakfast pizza for $14. They've got buttermilk pancakes and then the tiramisu style french toast that's only $16. They have a lot of good different offerings so I'm very excited. I mean I know we're definitely getting tiramisu style french toast but I might want to try one more like just to so so that we can have like a little bit of a variety and I'm excited. This restaurant is one of my all-time favorite dinner restaurants at Disney. I love the pasta here. I love the chicken parm and this is my first time having breakfast and like I said the prices aren't that bad. I don't think I can get a breakfast platter at like the food court at the all-star sports for $14-16. I think it is like $14-16 and we're sitting at a very fine establishment so that's why I'm like wow this is really amazing. They do have a nice indoor seating area but you can't beat this. Look at this. This is our table right here and we're just going to be able to sit out here, drink our coffee, have some orange juice and breakfast and just people watch. I feel like it's the best thing ever. I'm gonna go on record by saying that this restaurant is probably my most visited restaurant. I think I've eaten here at Trotterie Alferno more than any other Disney restaurant because I love the pasta. It's handmade pasta and I'm always hanging out at the boardwalk so it's really cool that I get to try something new. Try the breakfast and I'm very I'm like so excited. Like I've been wanting to do this for the longest time. For the longest time. I'm not too sure if you guys can hear the boardwalk music but it is quiet enough that I can hear the birds and the music. Like it's not over like loud. I think it's because it's early in the morning and I like that. Look even Boardwalk Joe's isn't even open yet. Too early for a margarita. Oh boy oh joy let's go to Joe's. That's their slogan. I decided on going with the tiramisu style french toast and the oak grilled steak and eggs and then also I got the press pot coffee and the orange juice and I asked them if they had pog juice and they said no but for some reason I just think every Disney breakfast spot has pog juice. I don't know why. Like you know what I mean. I'm just like oh I'll have the pog juice and they're like oh we don't have that here but I just automatically assume. But let me know in the comments what your favorite breakfast spot is. I think I'm gonna start doing a lot of breakfasts around breakfasts. Breakfasts. But I'm gonna be doing a lot of breakfast videos just kind of exploring around because it's something I normally don't do. The press pot coffee has arrived. Look at this. I love I don't know why I love press pot coffee so much. Kona has the best coffee. I'll tell you what when I get one of those Konas the press pot that they have I am like good to go for a day and a half and usually you have to order the whole entire thing but I rather have like my own you know what I mean and we're gonna add a little cream to this. There we go. I try to make it like fancy but I'm not that fancy. Yeah a little spoon to turn it around and we also got some orange juice. I'm really loving today. Look at this. I keep on looking out because I just feel so fancy. I always like to change the perspective for you guys so you can kind of really feel what it's like to be in the moment here. Look at this. Just enjoying a nice little day. Some breakfast on the boardwalk. Cheers. It's not even hot. It's the perfect temperature coffee. I love it. I don't like my coffee like super hot. I like it enough that I can drink it fast if I want to and not burn my lips. Like I would say probably a cool like 160 degrees. That's a good temperature. Top of the morning. All right here it is. We've got the tiramisu style french toast. Look at this. I wasn't expecting it to look like this with the strawberries on top. You see the cocoa powder right there. It looks really good and I got sausage on there. Looks like it comes with two pieces of french toast and then all the cream is actually on the inside and this probably is either a chocolate sauce or a coffee sauce. I wonder where the coffee comes into play but I was not expecting the oak grilled steak to look as good as it is. Look at this. Wow. You got your eggs, hollandaise sauce, crispy onion rings, potatoes. This looks fantastic. I'm like kind of shocked. I mean both of these entrees look so good. I think we should start with the tiramisu french toast and it's so funny because every time I say tiramisu I just think of Michael Scott and why he's eating the tiramisu and he's like tiramisu and it's like oh you ever see that clip from The Office? I quote The Office a lot because it's my life but we're going tiramisu french toast first. Let's just cut right on into this bad boy. Here we go. Oh wow this looks so good. Holy moly. Here we go. My first bite of tiramisu style french toast. I have to say I think I'm a fan. It is so good. It does taste like tiramisu. I don't taste much They do give you syrup but honestly I don't think you need it. I don't think you need the syrup at all and I can taste coffee. This is really really good actually. It's not too sweet as long as you keep the syrup away from it but if people like their french toast with like butter and syrup I don't know if they're gonna like this. I don't know. It's very strange but I love it. I think it's great. I'm gonna try a little bit with the syrup just to see if it tastes better. Maybe that'll actually add the french toast flavor to it. Let's see. We'll take a little some like this. Like we'll do this actually freestyle like this. Take a little syrup. Oh wow and then we're gonna bring the plate up. Bring the plate up with us so we don't make a mess because you can't have syrup on your shirt especially on this wonderful Roosevelt shirt. This is the the creature from Universal Monsters so here we go. Wow okay the syrup does enhance it but it does make it a lot sweeter so I don't know. I don't know. It's a tough one. Enough of the french toast business. Let's get down to the steak and egg business and I got my eggs over hard. It comes with some fried onions on there. Here is the potatoes under there and I think we're just gonna grab a little bit from here and a little bit from there. Perfect. All right now we got a little bit of everything in one bite. Some of the egg, some of the potatoes, some of the steak, some of the hollandaise sauce. We're gonna add a little crispy onion on top there and this is it. The steak on this is actually really good. Holy moly. I was actually gonna take some of this steak home for Gracie girl because I mean I'm not gonna eat both of these and she probably would love some of that steak so I think I'll save some of that but oh yeah this is really really good and I love the onions and the potatoes. This is oh they got peppers on there too. Holy moly. Potatoes O'Brien. That's the way. I didn't even notice they had the peppers there. Oh boy let me get let me get one of them peppers. I'm really torn right now because I was really loving the french toast like I think that's great but like for me to give you a recommendation I'm gonna have to go with the steak and eggs. I very very very good very sweet but this actually is just amazing. The combination I like it. I like it a lot. I want to keep eating the steak and eggs but I want Gracie to have some breakfast this morning. I want to give her a little treat so give her some of the steak so I'll hold off on that and I'll finish up the french toast because she can't have this because it's got coffee and chocolate and all that so this is a no-go for her and we'll save her some of the steak and give it to her when we get home. One more thing I wanted to point out about the tiramisu. They have the little lady fingers in there too and I didn't notice that. I actually thought it was just like a stale piece of bread like a corner of the french toast and I was like why is this like a little crunchy and it's actually these. That kind of blew my mind. I was like wait a second but yeah that makes it actually makes it even more interesting. They give you really fancy to-go containers and I started cutting up Gracie her steak and her eggs. I had to pick apart the potatoes and the onions because I don't know what seasonings on them but we have a lot more to-go to fit in there but she's gonna have a nice little breakfast. Entrateria Alferno for the win. Honestly I really enjoyed my breakfast. I enjoyed the ambience too. I enjoyed just sitting on the boardwalk, people watching. It was really really fun. I enjoyed it a lot and I wouldn't say it's like my favorite breakfast spot but it's gonna probably be in my top three. Honestly I don't know. I have to sit down and think. I do love Boma as like one of my favorite breakfast spots and I do love Kona because they have the macadamia nut pancakes so I don't know. I don't know. Maybe I'm gonna have to construct my own list and now it's time to head home and I'm gonna show you guys all the cool props and memorabilia but before that I want to show you guys something I did this morning. I went to Forever Vintage and they had some amazing big items. Things I mean things I can't auction off because they're gigantic but holy moly wait till you see the cool unique things that you can get there and then we'll go home and we'll give Gracie her food and go over some of the awesome stuff for the auction. And here we are Forever Vintage and Surplus offering authentic resort and park use merchandise and props and I will put all of the information in the description. The address and the phone number and I can't wait to see what they have. I did get to see a couple of sneak peeks and there are some amazingly rare items. Here is something I was not expecting to see today. This is the closet from the Contemporary Resort. The Incredibles themed rooms. You can actually purchase the whole closet. That is crazy. Look it's got all of their uniforms actually back here. This blows my mind and it comes with the storage and everything and usually they have orange doors and they took the orange doors off so people can see inside but you can buy this and own it. Like that blows my mind. This is almost brand new. They just switched over the rooms there. The Incredibles closet is really amazing but this next item I was too stunned to speak when I first saw it because this is something so amazing. You can buy a whole Disney Murphy bed. Look at this like the whole entire thing. You get the mattress, you get the mural, everything and I think this was from Wilderness Lodge. It's Bambi but how amazing is that? I've never seen one of these for sale before and they have actually a couple of them. I even think there's a price on it. I wonder how much they're selling it for. $450 that can't be right is it? I mean that's a that's a steal. Holy moly you get all of that. Wow and also if you're interested you can basically recreate the whole entire pirate room like the pirate themed rooms at Caribbean Beach. They have everything here. The bed, the tables, the light fixtures, like every single thing. So you can basically make your own bedroom into a pirates themed bedroom and they even have the carpets. Look at these down here. This whole entire carpet. Look at this. Sadly they will not ship any of the big like Murphy bed or the pirates bed. If you want to get it you have to come and pick it up because they are very heavy but wow how cool would that be? Now I want to show you what the Murphy bed is like when it's actually all folded up. Here's one that is already sold and it's folded up ready to go and it has the table. All of them will come complete just like this. It'll have the table on the outside because when it folds down the legs of the bed are the table and you just come and pick it up. It's really cool. It's actually tripping me out because how cool is that? On top of all the cool like resort furniture they also have all of the fabric that is used all around Walt Disney World. Some of this is used in the resort. Some of them are used for cast costuming and it's just really cool and you can actually buy this. They actually have a cutting section here and it's really like interesting like this is Wilderness Lodge and then this one is Riviera. This one's Grand Floridian, Caribbean Beach, All Stars and they have a lot. We are back home now but I really wanted to show you guys Forever Vintage because that Murphy bed was so awesome and like I said I'll put all their information in the description below. Now we're going to give Gracie her steak and eggs and I'm going to break out all of the cool stuff that I'm going to be auctioning off and I'm going to go over it with you because some of this stuff is like mind-blowing and I'm so happy to share it with you guys. It's such a cool thing to do. It's like my passion and just to be able to talk about it like with you guys that's amazing. Gracie girl we got some steak and eggs. Are you excited? You want some steak and eggs huh? Oh yes look at you. All right you ready? Go! She's going to eat all this in like probably 10 seconds. Here she goes. She doesn't slow down. One, two, three, four, five, oh maybe it might be longer than 10 seconds but under 20 seconds. Look at her holy moly she's loving it. It's good? Yes very good. All right now that Gracie has had her steak and eggs let's get to the Disney props and memorabilia and I'm so excited to be doing this again. I love doing it. I love talking about Disney props and when Whatnot actually reached out to me and they were like hey we'd love to bring you on our platform so that you can do these you know Disney auctions because we've seen your videos and you you know collect props and stuff like that and I was like yeah I'm very interested and one of the things that they were you know going to offer for me was they were going to purchase all the items and uh they were going to like recoup their money from the auction and then told me that I could have whatever was left over like profit wise so instead of saying yeah instead of accepting that I worked out a deal that uh we would do all this and I would contribute some of my personal items and instead of me keeping the money we donated to a charity give kids a world or there might be some other charities that we're going to do in the future and uh it was a success we did it the first time and it was amazing the support that you guys gave to give kids the world was absolutely astonishing like I am so happy uh the biggest like feeling I've ever had in my life of accomplishment was you know raising money for give kids the world so I decided I wanted to do it again and keep this partnership going so that we can keep on making you know families uh dreams come true and have them visit the village and come to Walt Disney World so I put together a nice little collection of stuff and we're going to be auctioning off these items and they're going to be starting off at a dollar one dollar that's the bidding start and uh anything any profits made after whatnot takes back what they paid out for the things is going to go straight to give kids the world and I'm excited we're going to be doing it uh coming up Tuesday I have the date and the time I think we're going to do it at 6 30 and I'll have a link in the description so you guys can go to the whatnot app you'll find my profile and you'll be able to uh click and add me to their favorites and follow me on there and it's going to be a good time we're going to be talking about it and I'm going to show you guys just a couple of the items just a couple because we have some amazing things and some of them is going to be hard for me to let go but I know it's going to a good charity so I'm okay with it and uh yeah I guess we're going to start off with probably my favorite item and it's it's so beautiful and I'm looking at it now and I just I'm obsessed but here we go this right here is an extra large Walt Disney Imagineering jacket so this is an Imagineers jacket look at this this is absolutely beautiful I'm in love with it look at it even says Walt Disney Imagineering on here so this belonged to an Imagineer and it's it's so beautiful and we're going to be auctioning it off and you guys are going to have an opportunity to bid on this and just look at that it's so amazing that's like it's going to be hard for me to part with this but it's going to be going to a good person it's going to help out give kids the world so that's going to be up for auction and then we also have some amazing like paper products that kind of blow my mind so first let's start off with this Disneyland and the Wonderful World of Disney and look at this this is so cool now I don't know if you guys noticed the cover on there but that is Brer Fox Brer Rabbit Brer Bear isn't that beautiful honestly this is such a and that's going to be up for auction and then we also have the Walt Disney Song of the South I think this is a screen yeah this is a screening advertisement for Sound of the South look at this I know you guys can't see probably the reflection too because it's in a protective case but this is a classic thing if you go to the Whatnot app and you go to my profile I'm going to have all this stuff already listed so you can look at it and get a little more detail and research and then also we have some unopened license plates now these are really cool because this one is Disney's MGM Studios this isn't this is unopened still in the package and it actually even has the price tag on it look at this it's sold for $3.95 in the park when it was MGM Studios and then we also have Pleasure Island look at that Pleasure Island and this is also unopened it's sold for $8 and this doesn't exist anymore and then we've got a Grand Floridian hold on let me see I don't want to knock this over yeah there we go a Grand Floridian room phone it actually says the Grand Floridian right up top here I don't know if you guys can see it there it tells you the room number too it was room number 8241 so this is going to be up for auction we have some pins the pins are really cool because these are very rare pins but these are cast exclusive pins and they were handed out if you were in the candlelight processional at Epcot so if you were actually one of the performers you got one of these pins and we have them for multiple years and I think we have 2003 2004 2005 2001 2018 2017 and 2016 each one very rare we're going to sell them all together just like this it's going to be an auction for every single one together and I think that's so cool because if you know somebody who was and they lost the pin or if you were able to attend that candlelight processional I think that's super rare also we have a extinct park prop this is a sign from mission to mars if you guys remember that attraction and this used to be hanging there Columbus of the cosmos isn't that so cool I absolutely love this piece that's going to be included in it and I've got a couple other really awesome rare things one of the things that I'm really like kind of in love with is this medical plan from Disneyland it's a Disneyland medical plan that one's really cool and I'm trying to be careful oh yes this one is really near and dear to my heart and I love it let's see gotta be careful because a lot of this stuff is very fragile but you guys know I loved the pepsi and coke war you know at Disney you know the pepsi and coke war and we have a Disneyland the diamond horseshoe menu and the reason I love this so much is because this is a very rare occurrence now when you open up the pages here that you could either choose between right here you can see diet pepsi pepsi or coca cola and sprite you can have pepsi and coke and it's the only time right here that you can have both in a Disney park and I love that and we also got some really awesome name tags I dropped a these are Disney park name tags let me see I think I have one more I'm gonna everything that you don't see I have many items that we're gonna be doing it's all gonna be listed uh like I said on the whatnot app so you guys have to go check it out we have a Jennifer name tag for the 100 years of magic Walt Disney World so if you know a Jennifer we also have a Mary name tag this one is a really cool one I love that one from Youngstown Ohio then we've got a Lee name tag so if you ever wanted a cast member name tag and this one is so rare I had to get it because I was obsessed with it but this is a pleasure island name tag look at this it's Kurt but pleasure island isn't that crazy so these are all going to be up for the auction I'm trying to think of what else I have one more thing I have one more thing I want to show you actually maybe two more things hold on this right here is absolutely amazing so oh I love this it's going to be so hard to part with this but this right here is a Disney let me see if I can find it it's a Disneyland cast member instruction manual so if you were friends with the big bad wolf and the three little pigs if you were friends with them friends this was your handbook this was your guide on how to be friends with each of them how they dress what they say and I don't want to open it up too much because it's very cool it is absolutely amazing and they'll tell you how you have to portray the character all the specifics and everything like that super rare and I love it it's almost it's like mint condition and oh that's so beautiful this is a cool piece I love to say I get very passionate talking about this stuff also I have one more really cool piece too I'm going to find it here this one's awesome I have a lot of cool old MGM studios stock footage stock photos now these photos are very unique because Disney took them and they're their original photos and they use and they you know mailed them out to people so first we have Pleasure Island right here right here look at this this is a picture of mannequins at Walt Disney World Pleasure Island dancing the night away this was 1989 look at this it actually has all the descriptions right here on the back of it too so it's very very cool I love this but these next ones I'm in love with more right here is something very very special this is the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in MGM studios look at that 1990s heroes in a half shell cowabunga dudes and dudettes the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles rise from the sewers beneath New York street on the back lot Disney MGM studios theme park to greek fans who pass by isn't that so cool and it has all their information and the dates on there I love that very cool piece and then one more that I love this because this is Ed McMahon look at this Ed McMahon and Mickey Mouse at Disney's MGM studios ready for a new season at Disney's MGM studios for Ed McMahon and Star Search you guys remember Star Search that's so cool see lots of great items I cannot wait to share with you guys I really hope you get to come in now there's gonna be a lot more too so you're
