Driving my own Safari in Uganda… Charged by a Bull Elephant (!!)

It's only been 2-3 days and I'm already tired. that's gonna go straight across and while they're finishing building this there's a temporary bridge that they set up down here that goes right on top of the nile which i think is kind of cool it's it's loud but it's wicked yes the excavator is gone yesterday there was an excavator parked right here that blocked up the entire road all right this is the loud one and now we're in the north part north part of murchison the falls are about five kilometers down that way here's an elephant oh actually a whole bunch of big tusks because there's a bird sitting on his back baby elephants i think this is the dad though the buffalo have come out of hiding i was almost thinking that we wouldn't be able to see any but uh i really like these guys i think they look so cool hello hello hello do you want to go i'll give you a ride we got some elf doesn't want to make friends today not the baby's one even baby warthogs their heads are massive i like that when they run how their tail is up into the bush they go i'm not exactly sure what these guys are quite big sure there's a buffalo on your right i don't understand the buffaloes no because you're indian now it's not a real proper safari to me unless the car just gets caked in this brown mud of a dust so we got a nice little splash track i'm gonna roll up the windows for this one windows up okay are you shooting that's a real safari experience just need to get out of here this is his territory okay so apparently i have to back up out of here because this elephant is not very happy that i'm over here i think he's just trying to protect his family over there but he keeps walking towards me expect me to back up on these roads okay so we finally made it past the elephant does that kind of fly we finally hi bye how you doing doing good um uh we uh finally made it past the elephant he walked us back for about one kilometer okay we've finally made it we found some uh some giraffe these giraffes are actually pretty special because these are the Rothschild giraffes they're unique to Uganda and they're special because they're the tallest giraffes in the world if they will come go fast they will not come i know they're both males my question is this why did the giraffe cross the road okay so we've reached the end of the delta where of course all the birds are but perhaps more worrisome hippos over there now the rule is when you see a hippo on land get away because they can run very fast and they become very dangerous so i'm just gonna chill here for a bit i wouldn't be surprised if there's more actually over there but um this part of the delta is literally called hippo so i guess i shouldn't be surprised it's like my heart is they're sitting right there my heart is pumping because like they're very dangerous animals yeah see some hanging out there and like i said their mouth is so strong if they bite on you like it's very common that if someone gets bit by a hippo like they only find like half of the person because they're just they're so strong the quandary is we have to get through hippo land it's literally called hippo at the end of the delta but i can't really see where they're at like you can't see but my heart is beating like really fast because if we run across them they can get really aggressive so obviously these are like hippo tracks i just have to go fast we can't go slowly okay so now we're leaving hippo land and the final barrier to get out is that there's one hippo guarding the entrance like i said i have to go past him so i'll try to go past him quickly it is if there isn't any out here no i'll try to go past this guy quickly but i'll stop for just a second just so you can see him better and then i'm going to try to get it i want to say the number is like 40 miles an hour that we can run here's the bone of one of their previous victims hopefully it's not a human hippo bone but uh yeah this is hippo ready yeah okay bye bye bye let's go goodbye don't chase me
