Planting Hydrangeas // Little Lime // Vanilla Fraise
Planting Hydrangeas // Little Lime // Vanilla Fraise. Every garden should have at least one Hydrangea as they are so beautiful and provide colour and spectacular blooms from mid Summer right through to Autumn. These are ‘Little Lime’ (which is the smaller version of the popular Limelight Hydrangea) and ‘Vanilla Fraise’. Both grow up to 120cm in height, are cold hardy up to -20 and both grow on new wood which means you prune them early Spring and you will always have flowers. So what’s not to like? These two varieties are very similar as the blooms on both should turn a lovely strawberry pink 🍓 in the Autumn which I cannot wait to see! A fantastic addition to your garden borders. In order to make space I had to move my bird bath and remove another shrub which I was not enjoying much anyway. I hope you enjoy watching this video and do consider planting some Hydrangeas in your garden - they really are a spectacular shrub and very easy to look after.
