Lip Stain Anastasia Beverly Hills Review | ABH Lip Stain Swatches

So let's get into this lip stain review and right away Hello beauties I am so excited because I never tried Their lip products before and there is the new collection, which is the lip stains From anastasia beverly hills and I have all the colors. We will be swatching all of them So if ever you want specific information on like all the products or the price or the swatch of every single one of them Then it's going to be listed down below so you can go check it out, of course And we will jump right into it. So we have a lot of things to talk about these lip products, of course Um, for example the price it is $24 canadians for each lip stain So it is more on the pricier side, of course for the lip products Um, but it says that it is a long lasting lip stain with incredible staying power So we will have to test it out with rubbing and everything. It has a weightless feel on the lips It has a matte finish. It is free of paraben mineral oil phthalates It is gluten-free vegan and cruelty-free as as well. So it also said that it is waterproof So even though you're drinking a lot of water or anything this will stay on your lips and it won't be drying out your lips So that's one thing that is important Of course I want to talk about the packaging because I do think that when you're buying a product the packaging is extremely important Especially in this case when you're paying for $24 for a lip product So we will talk about the boxes first So there is six different colors coming into the line and I think that the color is really really nice Um, it looks absolutely stunning You have the light muted shades and then you have the dark bright shades that complements them And then you get the packaging out, of course, and you have all of the lip stains It is a matte felt touch and I like that The anastasia beverly hills and the lip stain kind of engraving in it Um, you can touch it and you're gonna be able to feel it which is a nice touch and also it is rose gold and It's really pretty as well as the logo at the top of the cap And of course, we will be trying them out all of them pray for my lips or something because this will be hard to remove Since I tried it yesterday on my arm. I didn't try it on my lips. I wanted to know and It was staying on. Okay, so so I have the six shade swatch right here and I want to say that Um, I decided to put a very light layer on the on my arm And then on top I put a thick layer to see what would be the color and how it would look like So the thin layer, of course, it was easier to dry it dried almost instantly But when I put um the thick layers are really I dotted it on my arm. Um, it took a while to dry up So you have to be careful with this So if you don't if you don't put just a small layer It's just gonna smudge probably on your lips, which you want to avoid at all cost And then you have all of the colors which you have have dusty rose rosewood raymauve orchid hot pink and black cherry what I notice when I rub it off is there's Some of the product that comes out of it Um in little grains, even though it doesn't look like it's moving in any single way Um, you can still feel a little bit of the product rubbing off Even though the pigments does they still stay they're really really strong And also I want to say that when you touch it with your fingers. Um, You have like kind of like a sticky feeling. It's not matte completely I would say Um to the touch. It's not like dried up completely Even though it is dried up. It feels sticky another thing that I want to say before I start swatching um I do remove a little bit of the product on the side inside of the packaging because If I don't do this, it's gonna smudge everywhere and there's gonna be a lot of product coming out which you want to avoid And I can smell there's like a like a candy smell to it, which I don't mind But if I was gonna smell that all day long, I wouldn't like it at all So let's get on with the shade dusty pink. All right So what I notice right off the bat when I do swatch these um if you have Not cracks, but if you have like a little bit of I would say dry lips The pigment might stay more on these areas on these patches. So you do have to be careful with it and As you can see like it sticks a little bit It is completely dried off um, and you do have to be careful applying it because it doesn't go well, it doesn't go on like um, I would say equal Everywhere, so i'm on the side. It wouldn't be thicker. So you want to like Maybe try it with a lip brush. I don't really have a lip brush. Most people don't have lip lip brushes So that's why I am doing it like this but that is my first impressions on the product the stickiness does go away a little bit, but um, yeah, I did a swatch lower than my natural lip just because I'm gonna have to remove it and I hope that it's not gonna be too hard and i'm gonna be using the go off Collection from patrick star to do this and i'll show you afterwards when I remove it what it looks like Oh, it's gonna stain my lips for sure So then you put this very carefully you remove it and then you have this stain for a couple of days So you don't have to put any lipstick for a couple of days, which saves you money in the end, I guess Right, so it leaves this stain, which i'm not mad at to be honest because I think it's pretty cute It's pretty cute, but we do have to pass on the next color which will be Rosewood and I think this one will be really pretty. Um, it looks More the other one looks more pink purplish muted This one is a pink but more on the yellow side and the peach side Which it's gonna be I think it's gonna be pretty and this is one This is gonna be one of my shades as well. This is rosewood and it goes on more even than the other one Maybe it's because I already have stains Maybe that's why I I already have stains on my lips. So that's why um, but this one It looks really good. This this this one is so pretty and my lips are already stinging. So Oof, I hope I make it out of this video alive removing the product this bitch is so hard to remove and I don't know if you're gonna be able to see the the other colors correctly because This is crazy Do you see this? It doesn't go away. It doesn't go Oh my god, I don't know if i'm gonna be able to do this review. Well, they live up to their name lip stain Lip stain I give up. I don't know how i'm supposed to do this review fully I'm still gonna swatch it try it on but as you can see this does not move And there's nothing nothing on my lips like Bye. Bye. There's nothing this one. We will try is the shade gray mauve which on my Arm when I swatched it. It wasn't my favorite just because I thought it would be more Mauve than what it actually is. It looks more gray brown gray than mauve. So Okay, i'm gonna put just a light small thin layer I'm removing the most product possible out of this one because this is gonna be something else And it's already pink What am I supposed to do? I don't know All right. So this is the color. It looks a little bit more patchy this one And it is the color gray mauve doesn't look The color at all that is on the tube which is disappointing when I saw the color I was like wow This is gonna be amazing and then really disappointed with this color in particular. I know it's on top of other colors but even on the arm, I was like, oh my god, this is disappointing and This is not the color you're gonna get and I I would hope that this is the color I would get out of the tube Which I think it's harder for purples Um to be nice, but this one in particular is when I look at it, it's pretty Patchy, so you're gonna have to be careful when applying it and just make sure that you blend it properly Remove a lot of the excess off of the of the doe foot applicator and then swipe it as much as you can but as you can see Still sticky and it looks like this. So i'm gonna be removing it before it just dries completely on me And I don't have any More lips well if you mix Those three colors. That's the color you're gonna get No, oh my god Right. So if you put those three colors on top of each other, that's the color you will get so we will try to continue with this journey and We'll go full-on purple today So this one is called orchid and even on the arms. This will be beautiful and hopefully It will look something better than but this color honestly all of these pigments together. They look absolutely stunning so if you go one day you put one then the other day you put the other one and then The other day you put the other one then this is the color you're gonna be left with for a couple days probably which this is like Probably more than 24 hours and i'm gonna say probably because I don't know how long this lasts shade orchid removing excess And then painting this on my face With my lips that are super inflamed. This is the shade orchid on top of everything else If you have a little bit of a darker lip, I would say that it's gonna look like this And it's gonna look really pretty on you. Let me tell you but then if you have really really light lips, it's gonna look like this Or somewhat something like this, so i'm sorry, but my lips are getting darker and darker As I put these pigments and I think it's just gonna keep going like this. I have two shades left and hopefully we can see them so Um, i'm gonna be trying these out for sure in another video other videos and i'm gonna keep wearing them every single day So every single day I can put one And show you what it looks like on literally bare skin if I have still pigment left Yeah, if I don't have any pigment left on my skin, this is one of my faves for the bright colors for sure 100% So i'm gonna be removing this It gets less sticky and sticky when you let it dry, but even on the arm, there's still some stickiness to it You know what? Actually this one is easier to remove Probably because of the purple pigment just because red pigment when it stains It stains forever forever ever and ever and ever and ever and over and ever Okay, so next color it's gonna be this one right here, which is hot Pink and my lips are pretty much hot pink right now. So adding more hot pink on top. We'll see what it does For me so this looks more orange when you look at it right now me It looks like a bright orange instead of a pink But we'll see how it goes on the lips and on tops of all of this pigment that is already there. This is hot pink Oh my god, see you just have a solution for everything So if you have too much pigment, you just put this thing on top look hot pink, of course now Uh, so compared to my lips, this is way paler, but it's still very very bright. It looks really nice Um, I like this color I feel like if I didn't have all of this pigment It would be brighter on my lips particularly if you have darker lips like the one that I had Um, it's still gonna look really pretty it's gonna look hot pink on every single lips Especially that it is a stain. It's just gonna be a hot pink but either paler or darker which Girl, this thing is so damn beautiful. Okay Let me remove this before It's unremovable Which it's already unremovable and i'm just you know, like I try to remove everything But as you can see it ain't moving it ain't going anywhere Okay, this ain't going anywhere as you can see this the the more I remove it the more hot pink it is Continue All right, so I can't really remove it more than that, which i'm really sorry About that, but um, this is what it's gonna be So we have one shade left, which is the last shade that i'm gonna be Applying and it's the only shade that i'm i'm not even gonna remove it. I'm gonna leave it there and Yeah, that's that's about it. So, uh, this shade is called a black cherry, which I Took all the shades accordingly. I'm like, okay if it stains my lips let my lips like hell. Um, Well, at least i'm gonna have an order and it's I won't be starting with this one, you know So i'm gonna go with the black cherry, which to me I love red lipsticks. So I don't really have a color like that and i'm removing everything off of this one because This is gonna be Dark. All right. This color is applied. So black cherry With a little bit of pink and all of the other colors under which it's gonna look darker definitely on my lips with this um Note to myself during the day. What i'm gonna do is i'm gonna be applying some lip balm on top of this Because this is crazy There's some that comes off this color is definitely one of my favorites literally So this is all the colors swatched ultimate test It does transfer a little bit, but it doesn't look like it transferred on my lips It does transfer a little bit it says it's smudge proof on The lips it doesn't look like I smudged it to be honest It doesn't let me look at that doesn't it doesn't look like it's smudged but the thing is I have a lot on my lips too and I would like I would recommend you Letting it dry a little bit because if you do put it and then you smudge it. It's gonna smudge a little bit um But as you can see it didn't look like it smudged in any single way shape or form it stays there and Colors are look really really good this color Shook to my heart. Okay, like let's talk about What I think about this product so um, like I said There's a little sticky feeling even on the lips It does when you rub it really hard It does remove a little bit on your fingers or on whatever you're doing it So like my cup or anything like this, but it won't move off your lips. It's still gonna look really strong and it is very comfortable um My lips it feels like there's nothing on them literally nothing at all. It doesn't feel dry Of course, i'm pretty sure you could apply some lip balm on top, which is what i'm gonna do right now Actually, I should test it out. So if you're dry during the day, can you apply lip balm without smudging everything? Let's find out I needed a lip balm and I decided to go for birds bees beeswax lip balm um this one right here, so i'm gonna be applying this to see if it's If it stays there if you're dry or not I'm rubbing it on it Let's go You know You see me I rub it look Oh, where did it go? Where is it? It's not there my face stop look there's nothing nothing nothing And I can feel the mint going on my lips And I feel the hydration This is revolutionary. I absolutely love long-lasting products where you can put some lip balm on it this this is strong anastasia Literally, okay So do I recommend this product? um considering How long lasting it is how comfortable it is on the lips and considering that I can put balm on top of it to Keep my lips moisturized throughout the day Um, I highly recommend this product even for 24 I think that For how long lasting it is you can have it for a couple of days and have a little bit of stain left I mean, you don't have to reapply for a couple of days, which is amazing to my opinion mind blown Away like this. Okay, highly recommend this one to be honest This is the best long lasting lip product that I have in my collection right now and I'm in love. I can't wait for anastasia to come out with other products and other colors because these Are amazing. I want to talk about my favorite shades. Um that I swatched of course So in order I would say that for a day-to-day life, I would take the shades either Dusty rose or rosewood those two are really my favorite. This one has more of like a yellow Uh red tone to it and this one has more of a pink mauve tone to it Which is dusty rose with mauve pink and this one is like the baby of black cherry After that, I think my next shade would be black cherry because I These are my fave These are my fave. So for every day-to-day, I would say dusty rose then I would say rosewood and then black cherry and then after that for the brighter color, I would say that I Take orchid before then I say hot pink And then lastly I have gray mauve because this is not the color that is in on the packaging I would have loved this color to be like this, but it's not it's really More brownish more gray And I don't think it suits me that well to be honest. That's all the colors So tell me which color you preferred on me.
