My First Spring! Learning to grow all the things 🌱

Hi! We are Mauro and Harriet and in February 2021 we bought an abandoned smallholding in Castellón, Spain. Our goal is to live a slower life, more connected with nature and the seasons, growing our own food and learning how to make some kind of a living off our land.

A pipedream of mine is to sell boxes of homegrown, organic produce to friends and neighbours. Or maybe have a little market stall. And I have lots of other ideas too! But to get there, I need to learn a lot more about managing our land, bringing it back to productivity, and growing our own food. This series documents our journey doing just that!
