MY BOOKMARK COLLECTION

Hi guys, it's Kaz, and today I am here with my bookmark collection. So today I'm going to be going through all of the bookmarks that I own. I'm going to start off with the regular bookmarks and then continue into clip-on or magnetic bookmarks because I seem to have quite a lot of each. So, let's get started. So this is my first mug of bookmarks. Now, these ones here I've collected from a range of different bookstores, also on my travels, some specific book-related ones, but also a bunch of really, really cool, pretty, or cute ones. So, yeah, let's dive straight in with all of these dangling ones right here. To begin, I have this owl bookmark that is on a ribbon. You can pop it in your book kind of like, like so, and then it's got little dangly bits, and it's an owl. So, yeah. I also have this metal dragon bookmark, which is really, really awesome. Again, I'm not entirely sure where this is from. I'll see if I can find where I bought this from. I believe I got it from an Etsy store. So, I'll have a little look, see if I can find this one for you, and I'll link that down below. But from that store, I also bought a similar one, which has these little acorns and this pretty leaf right here. And then I also have this one, which has a dangling feather, but I bought this one when I was at the Grand Canyon back when I was over in the States in 2013. And then this wonderful, wonderful bookmark is a bottle of Felix Felicis Liquid Luck from Harry Potter. I couldn't resist. I had to. I absolutely had to, so. And another one, which I believe I picked up when I was in Barnes & Noble, is this metallic bookmark with a bunch of beads hanging off of these ribbons. And it has a quote that says, Shoot for the moon, even if you miss, you'll land among the stars by Les Brown. These next ones, you may have seen already. I recently did an unboxing video. I was sent these bookmarks. They were from the Etsy store, mybookmark.etsy.com. These gorgeous, gorgeous bookmarks. Metal plate, and at the top, this one is Alice in Wonderland's legs. Then I have these bear paws, and then a Wizard of Oz with the shiny red shoes. And after all of my cardboard bookmarks. These ones aren't really bookmarks, but I kept them anyway because there were holders for bookmarks when I ordered them online. And those are these little cards from Crafted Van, another Etsy store, which I absolutely love. You'll be seeing plenty of bookmarks from then later on in the magnetic bookmark section. They're basically just cards that kind of talk about Crafted Van. I decided to keep them because you could totally use these as bookmarks. And then I have these gorgeous, gorgeous bookmarks, which feature fairies and other fantastical beings. I picked these up when I was at Book Expo Australia last year. One of the authors there, she also does illustrations. She's an artist. But yeah, I couldn't resist. I picked up, I think, one of each. I've got a lot. And then I have all of these bookmarks, which I received from the Book Depository. There's mainly two kinds of bookmarks that I have here as well. First of all, these ones were all designed by Book Depository customers. And on the back, it has the designer's name and where they're from and what their favourite book is. And these are stunning. I absolutely love these bookmarks. I love that Book Depository does this. There are some just adorable, adorable ones out there. And then the other kinds that I have are just like little interesting facts. There's one about solar system, fish you should not eat, how many calories you gain from certain foods, how many calories you burn from doing certain activities. A whole bunch of random, interesting, very, very interesting kind of bookmarks. I really, really like these ones as well. I also have a personalised bookmark created from the lovely Emily. She has her own Booktube channel as well, xObsessedReaderX. And for a time, she also had an Etsy store opened where she did make bookmarks. Some of them were personalised, some of them not. And this is the one that she sent me. There's some awesome things on here that are very me, including owls, Adventure Time, Hufflepuff, a few quotes as well. This was super, super cool to receive. Then I also have a bunch of bookmarks that are based on books themselves. I have a few of these assigned as well, which is pretty cool. But I've got The Dark Divine by Brita Stane. The House of Blessing by Paula Rose Michelson. This signed one is for Velveteen by Daniel Marx. Then Touching the Surface by Kimberly Sabatini. If I Lie by Corin Jackson. The Gathering Storm by Robin Bridges. Haunting Violet by Alexandra Harvey. Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi. The Rule of Knowledge by Scott Baker. This one from Breathless Reads. It features Origin, The Innocents, Venom, Black City and Falling Kingdoms. And then this one is for GeekyCon. I received this one in the March Owl Crate. And it's got, as you can see, Veronica Roth, Jenny Han, Ransom Briggs. Cool stuff like that. Oh my god, learn to drive your car. Seriously, you're just going like 10 metres to the end of the road. What is your problem, mate? I have this super, super cute Finding Nemo bookmark that has Squirt on the front. And this is from when I was in year 4. I picked this up at a book fair when I bought the 11th book from the Series of Unfortunate Events. And yeah, I just, I love it. It's so, so cute. Winnie the Pooh bookmark, which my lovely friend Ben gave me when we were over in the States. It's super cute. Oh, I just, I love it. These are bookmarks from various bookstores. I have Madden Books, which I visited a few times when I was over in the States with my friend Benjamin from Benjamin of Tomes. We went to this bookstore and I bought a bunch of really awesome books. And they were super cheap, which was amazing. So I really like that bookstore. I also have this from Indigo Canada. And I went there with Ariel from Ariel Bissett. So she signed this bookmark for me. These two are from a secondhand bookstore. And I think these pictures on the top are drawn by the owner's children or something. I'm not entirely sure. That's just a total guess here. But they're pretty cute. Laguna Beach Books, another bookstore that Ben and I went to when we were in California. These bookmarks look like tickets from like a fair or something like that. But they are from Bookfari. And I received this in the show bag from Book Expo Australia last year. Make Your Mark on the World. This one is from Book World and it looks like a ribbon, which is pretty cool. I have a few of these ones. This is from Booktopia, an online Australian bookstore. All Books for Less, another Australian bookstore. They have pop-up stores that come around my mall every so often. And also they sell stuff online. And then I have another one from Book World, which has a voucher coupon code thing on it. And these bookmarks here are from different places that I've travelled to. The first one here is from Philadelphia. I have this one, which I picked up from the Shangri-La Hotel in Sydney City, which is super, super pretty. This one here was from South Dakota. This one I picked up when I was visiting the NASA Kennedy Space Center. This one I picked up, I believe, when I was in Montreal, possibly. I might have been on a cruise, possibly. Something like that. These two bookmarks are from Romania and they are so pretty. I believe I received this from my partner in the genre swap project that happened a couple of years ago. I'm not 100% sure. I think it might have been though. And those are all of the paper bookmarks. So now moving on to my next mug, which has my clip-on and magnetic bookmarks. First of all, I have this really pretty clip-on owl bookmark. I got this one in the States. Can't exactly remember where I got it. I also have this heart-shaped clip-on bookmark, which, unfortunately, I cannot remember where I got this one either. I have these little mini magnetic owl bookmarks. I think these ones I may have been sent by a viewer a very, very long time ago. Someone contacted me and sent me Awakened by Katie Kavinsky. And in the package, I think the person also sent me these bookmarks. Then I also have these magnetic owl bookmarks, which I think I bought myself when I was over in the States. Yeah, my memory is not that fabulous, but that's what I think. I picked up this magnetic bookmark from Moab, Utah. This is just so, so gorgeous. And then all of the other bookmarks that I have to show you were from the Crafted Van Etsy store. So I definitely recommend checking out that store. I'll leave a link to it down below. They have some awesome, awesome bookmarks. I have an awesome minion bookmark here. A little mermaid, this gorgeous, gorgeous Ariel. I got a Monsters Inc. slash Monsters University set. So I have a Mike Wazowski. This dude, I can't remember what his name is, but he's from Monsters University. Then I have two of Boo, one like she normally is, and then one in her Monsters costume. This set also came with a little Sully, but Crafted Van sent me an extra big Sully image. I also got a few Harry Potter ones. I have Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Harry Potter, Dumbledore, Luna Lovegood, and two of Hagrid. I've got a small and a big one. These ones here I received in the April Owlcrate box, and the theme for that month was fantasy. So I received a wizard, a unicorn, and a dragon. And then I have a bunch of Adventure Time ones. So of course there is Finn and Jake. There's Princess Bubblegum, Ice King and Gunther, Lady Rainicorn, Beemo, LSP, and Marceline. And then the very, very last ones that I have here are Minecraft bookmarks. So I have a creeper, a pumpkin, a pig, a cow, and a sheep. So I have a lot of bookmarks, guys. I have a lot. And I think I kind of go through phases of which bookmarks that I use. Since I typically try and read only one book at a time, I stick with one bookmark until it's starting to look a little bit used and worn out. So then I switch to something else. But I also have some bookmarks here that relate to books. So when I was reading Harry Potter, for example, I was using this Felix Felicis bookmark. I think that's all that I have for you guys today.
