I just want to hold you. I just want to look into your eyes and tell you that I want you.
You know you make me. Hey guys, today I'm going to be showing you how I do my apple cider vinegar
rinse as I promised you guys in my last video. My hair is super dry, it needs some moisture,
super tangled, and yeah I just I used the wrong product and it just looks a mess. So yeah we're
going to get that together by using apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is great for shine
and just refreshing the hair all together. I'm going to start with parting my hair down the
middle. I'm going to go ahead and take apple cider vinegar in this little apple bottle and go ahead
and apply it directly to my scalp. And yes this stuff smells horrible but it works so good. You
guys will see the results at the end of the video. I'm going to go ahead and start to apply the apple
cider vinegar directly to my scalp. It's very self-explanatory. All you have to do is just take
it and put it right on your scalp and then kind of do like a light scalp massage. This light scalp
massage you're actually helping to lift some of the dirt from your hair. So the apple cider vinegar
works really well to clarify the hair and also bring shine back into your hair. It strips the
hair of everything that's in it so any type of product buildup or anything that you want out
of your hair apple cider vinegar works really good to just get it completely out. When doing my apple
cider vinegar rinse I always make sure that I also don't forget the ends of my hair just because I
want to cover the entirety of my hair and I want everything to get clarified and make sure that all
the product is out of my hair especially for the water washing method that I'm going to be doing
pretty soon. I want to make sure that my hair is completely stripped of everything that's in it.
All right so next I'm going to go ahead and wrap my hair up and twist it out of the way so I can
start on the next section of my hair. Now I'm just going to start on the next section of my hair
doing the exact same thing that I did to the other side making sure that I apply the apple cider
vinegar directly to my scalp and then massaging the apple cider vinegar into my scalp and also
helping to lift the dirt with the light massage.
Okay so at this point I have the entirety of my hair covered with the apple cider vinegar so I'm
going to go ahead and wrap this up so that I can put it into a shower cap and I'm going to allow
it to sit for about 45 minutes. If you're not doing the water washing method like I am then
definitely want to go ahead and apply your deep conditioner at this point. That's what I normally
do and then you just allow the deep conditioner to sit in your hair also while the apple cider
vinegar is in there. It works really well if you want to see this method done I'll link the video
down below. Now I'm in the shower I'm going to go ahead and wash the apple cider vinegar completely
out of my hair and as you guys see the apple cider vinegar without me even doing anything to my hair
has brought shine back to my hair and it just looks a hundred percent better than when it
looked when I first started out. I'm going to take my scalp massaging brush and I'm going to go ahead
and massage my scalp with that. It feels really good on your scalp and it also helps with stimulating
hair growth so I love this little thing so much. I have a 50% off code below if you guys want to get
one for yourself. So now I'm going to go ahead and start on the process of washing the apple cider
vinegar rinse out of my hair. Normally at this point I would start on my regular wash process
but as you guys know I'm doing the water washing only method so I'm just going to go ahead and
wash the apple cider vinegar rinse completely out of my hair. If you guys want to see my wash routine
I'll also have that link down below for you if you want to follow that um wash routine you can
but this is just going to be strictly the apple cider vinegar rinse. As you guys see my hair is
responding so well to apple cider vinegar rinse. It always does. This is such a great method for
natural hair. If you have not tried it then give it a try. It's so so so beneficial.
I went ahead and did some light finger and detangling and then I was completely done with
the apple cider vinegar rinse and this is my hair when it's all out. It looks super shiny and
moisturized. At this point I'm going to go ahead and take some aloe vera juice to still in the
moisture into my hair. I know that with the water washing only method you guys said to not use
anything and just use water but that's just I don't know like that's just way too much for me.
I'll definitely let you guys know in my next video how this water washing only thing is working out
for me but in the meantime I'm going to go ahead and twist my hair and I'm twisting my hair when
I'm twisting my hair I'm making sure that I grip it really tightly just because I don't have any
product in my hair so I want to make sure that my twists are tight tight so that they do not
come out overnight or anything like that. I'm not really styling my hair I'm just twisting it up
and yeah that's pretty much what I'm doing. As you guys see my twist looks super juicy
even like with no product added this stuff just makes my hair look amazing.
