Creating the signature PillowTalk look from Charlotte Tilbury

Okay, okay, okay. Hello everyone and welcome or welcome back to my channel. Y'all know I love Charlotte Tilbury. If you don't know, I'm letting you know. Charlotte Tilbury is everything to me. Literally everything. Um, the products are amazing. I use a full face of Charlotte Tilbury in this video. I do love her. Like I literally love the brand. I love the company. I love Sophia. One day, one day, they're gonna do my makeup. Okay? I own literally everything from them and it's amazing. It's stunning. But I'm gonna show you how to get this look. Um, I hope that the lighting is not jank because the sun kept going in and out but I think it'll be really good. I hope you guys enjoyed the video. Uh, I also said in the video, I think it was like at the end, every time I use a Charlotte Tilbury product, like I did the pillow talk look today and I really just didn't think I was gonna like it because I was like I usually don't like pink on myself but it looks dang good. Looks good. So that's that. I hope you guys enjoy and here's the video. Okie dokie. I feel a bit rusty. I have not filmed in a hot minute. You guys have seen me because I have done a bunch of pre-recorded content but I myself personally, me, Katie Fawn, I haven't filmed in a hot minute so I'm excited. I'm excited because I love Charlotte Tilbury and because I was like I just wanna, I just wanna do something. Sorry if the lighting's a bit jank. I got new lights and the new lights are fabulous. We love them. Uh, but the sun is shining so bright and I'm filming earlier than I normally film. It's 11 in the day and the sun's shining so if the lighting's a little wild, that's why. Just because the sun's out. We're not mad about that. Let me prep my lips. I'm gonna use the Glossier Balm dot com. I actually quite like this. I really do. I'm out of breath. Um, I'm gonna do the Charlotte Tilbury, which I'm sure if you clicked on this video you probably already know what I'm gonna do, but the Charlotte Tilbury like classic pillow talk look. While I was in New York, me and my friend Caitlin actually got our makeup done at the Charlotte Tilbury counter which was a literal dream. Literally a dream. And it was, it was divine. It really was. It was just such a nice experience. I love having my makeup done and so getting my makeup done there was chef's kiss. Uh, my skin's been having a bit of a freak out I think from using a higher dosage of tretinol, retinol, retinol, tretinoin, and um, traveling. Because I've been traveling a lot. So we've got a little pimple over here. This morning I actually scratched my face on my dog's burr. That was so rude. And then she's just been sitting around for weeks. For weeks. She ain't paid rent once and she's been here a dang while. So I'm very excited. I'm very excited. I'm gonna go ahead and do my skin prep which I figured I would show you guys. I do have all the Charlotte Tilbury products because I'm a Charlotte Tilbury super fan. I'm telling you right now one day I'll collaborate with them. One day Sophia or Charlotte will do my makeup. I'll be happy with either. I'll be divinely happy with both. So I have the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Serum Crystal Elixir. I have the Magic Cream and then I have the Magic Eye Rescue as well. The only thing I won't be using at Charlotte Tilbury today will be concealer because honestly do not kill me. I love Charlotte. But the concealer that I have got old kind of quickly and this is not my personal journey. It's a little bit thicker. Like thick for my liking. So I'm not gonna use that. I'm using the Oat Toner from First Day Beauty right now to calm my skin down because this scratch over here really burns. I think what I'm gonna do for the Magic Cream. My face gets so red when I touch it. I think what I'm gonna do for the Magic Cream is do it on the high points of my face. So do it on like the parts I want more glow and then put the Magic Eye Rescue on. So Magic Cream here. It is. It has a very divine smell. Like very luxurious. Very Charlotte Tilbury rich old lady. I've used this many times. If I'm doing bridal makeup I always use this because I I really do think that it just gives a beautiful glow under the skin. It gives a lot of hydration. It's pretty. I just think it clogs my pores and so that's not my personal journey to have clogged pores. And you know man it's pretty. And it just leaves your skin like I swear it just leaves your skin looking like luxury. Even if you have breakouts which I do right now my skin just looks luxury. It's giving luxury. Okay now I'm going to use the Magic Eye Rescue. I have dipped into this quite a bit. I like it. I don't think it does that like makes that big of a difference as far as I don't know like anti-aging or those sort of benefits. But it provides a really nice hydrated base for under your eyes. And I bought these in a bundle. I bought the Eye Rescue and the Magic Cream in a bundle. So I got a better deal than buying them separately. Sorry. You know. I am going to go ahead and go in with my SPF because I need to wear it every day obviously. And then we'll move on to base products, foundation, eyes and all the things which will be so exciting for me. Okay I brought my wide a little bit closer so hopefully you guys can see my skin and everything looks really bright. I know it's a little bit darker in this area but at least we have sunshine today you know. Okay for my base now that I have my SPF on what I'm going to do before I go in with my foundation which the foundation I'm going to be using is the Beautiful Skin Foundation. I did a full review on this if you want to watch it. It was I think two or three videos ago on my channel. And then I'm going to be using the Hollywood Flawless Filter under that. I have mine in the shade 5 Tan and this is in the shade 7 Neutral. So for my Flawless Filter I am going to go and just put this on the perimeter of my face and just anywhere I really want to give I don't know like a nice pretty glow. I like to use a darker one because I have the highlighter and I also just think that the Flawless Filter gives you not really any coverage but it just kind of blurs and perfects the skin and so I like to use that kind of in place of foundation or in combination with foundation so that it looks seamless and beautiful. Also Charlotte Tilbury loves to use brushes. Like a lot of her team if you watch a Charlotte Tilbury makeup artist they use a lot of brushes and I do have the brush set but the particular ones that they use I do not have. So I have the rose gold brushes the ones that look like these. So usually these are for powders but I don't have the liquid ones. I am going to be purchasing some of those so that I can you know be Charlotte Tilbury. But I think that her products are designed to work with either a brush or sponge or your fingers or whatever. I don't really ever see any of them use their fingers and I don't really ever use my fingers but I think you could if you were hard up for utensils to apply makeup you know what I mean. Anyway so I'm just blending that out. This is a Morphe and Ariel A14 but I wanted to get as close as I could to doing things the way they do it so that it would look like how they do it. Because really I don't ever see them use sponges not even for like concealer and that's really testing me out. Arky darky for the foundation obviously like I said beautiful skin foundation. What I'm gonna do though is pump out just a little bit. My nails are so disgusting. My press-ons are sitting here. I popped them off yesterday. I'm gonna pump out a little bit of foundation on my hand. You can see literally the smallest amount. Small amount of foundation. We don't want to be going in crazy literally. Taking that same brush that I used for the Hollywood Flawless Filter and picking up just a little bit of that product swirling it around the back of my hand to warm it up and really get it in the brush so it's not crazy when I put it on my face and then just covering up any spots I don't want to cover up and just kind of adding a nice even layer over everything. You can see I'm still barely doing anything at all. It's just a little bit here and there to cover up to look really healthy and flawless. I also find whenever I use Charlotte Tilbury products her products mesh really well together so if you're using a blush and a bronzer or a foundation and a bronzer and setting powder it just all works well. It's like I don't know as if like all of her makeup or puzzle pieces in the final piece you know the setting spray or whatever it is meshes everything together and it just looks stunning and I don't even know if that made sense but you know what I mean like everything just goes well together like it was made for one another they made the bronzer to go with all the base products they made the base products to go with the skin prep and to go with the other products I just I just love Charlotte Tilbury and I have been a big fan of her since way before she got popular and I went on this like shopping spree whenever I had zero dollars in my bank account and I would save up my money and spend every single bit of it on Charlotte Tilbury's website and you would get two day shipping if you spend a certain amount which I did because I was crazy and uh I don't have some texture over here that's not okay anyways and it would send like a big fancy package and it would be all like wrapped up cute and I was like I'm a girl you know but now everybody's loving her stuff and she's producing more and more which good with me Charlotte you keep doing that baby I don't know that I could easily do a full face of another brand I'd be like I don't know how to start nard but Charlotte I can do that okay I think I'm gonna use highlighter before bronzer this is her um beauty light wand see I had these way before they became popular and I was like using them and nobody cared and then TikTok blew them up and now I'm like anyways this is the shade spotlight I'm just going to go on the tippy top top what please fire me the top of my cheekbones and then anywhere that I want a little extra highlight to look a little a little glazed if you will little glazed highlighting apparently I can't speak y'all remember me in your prayers now I will be honest with you I just like to use a sponge for highlighter because I feel like it presses it in better and that's just my personal journey that's me I didn't use a ton of that foundation obviously you can still see my pimple here you can see that little uh you know wretched saw all over here but that's okay it's okay it's very Charlotte Tilbury you know like we don't want super full coverage we just want everything to look beautiful and diffused and amazing and stunning and revolutionary I'm so excited to do my eyeshadow because I never wear pinks but I feel like this is gonna be about sorry also I have her lip gloss do I like it no it's the only thing I don't like because I'm not a lip gloss girl I'm a serum lip serum girl my bias yeah yeah I am because I made the best product I'm gonna use the glowgasm beauty light wand this is the shade pinkgasm but I also have the bronzer so I think I'm gonna go in with the bronzer first and use it on the bronzer brush I have my bronzer in a shade two and I've talked about this before I really really like it I think it's really nice oh also one thing that I'm picking up from Charlotte Tilbury I'm gonna place an order today and do a haul probably soon um they used the color corrector on me and Caitlyn and they used like the lightest one and it was flawless like I'm telling you so beautiful and I was like you're gonna be coming home with me thank you thank you so much and I forgot to buy it I should be ashamed anyway but I can order it now and they're doing a free palette um whenever you order it or whenever you spend 125 dollars which I don't think I've ever not spent 125 dollars at Charlotte Tilbury because she's Charlotte Tilbury it's disrespectful anyways um yeah I'm gonna be ordering that it's fabulous I can do a full brand review for you all if you're interested in that uh like because I've tried nearly every single thing that they have come out with um so you know also they didn't put any bronze or anything on my nose and I kind of liked it I was like it's cute I just left my nose alone what a new thought however I still do like my eyebrows pushed up they didn't do that and I was like bestie I'm going to the bathroom and pushing my eyebrows up and I did that and I came back and she was like you push your eyebrows up and I was like yes she's like they look good I was like thank you if you live somewhere where they do that or you're going somewhere where they do that like the um on or in person you can get your makeup done at a Charlotte Tilbury counter I recommend doing it I highly recommend doing it it's free with a purchase and um they do your makeup first and then you can like purchase you know some things that they used on you get ideas for new makeup and also it just like opens your eyes to seeing what other people would do for your makeup you know what I mean so that's one of the reasons I wanted to do it was because I was like I know how I do my makeup but I want to see how somebody else would do it what colors they would use on me what sort of vibe they would go with um and all that kind of stuff so I really enjoyed it James Caitlin that I went with she really enjoyed it uh she got a cool tone color why can I not find this lip gloss or this lip pencil literally um she got a lip or not a lip pencil she got a eyeshadow color that she never would have used before and it looked so pretty on her it was gorgeous and I was like you look so good in that and you would never buy it so you need to avoid that she did and it's stunning okay I'm going to use the glow gasm light wand like I said this is in the shade pink gasm and I'm going to put it um all across my cheeks really I do think these are really good and really pretty but I would be lying if I said I didn't think they were like a bit over hopped you know what I mean like it's a it's a pink highlighter but I guess there's not really many companies that have that I don't know that's literally what it is though like it's not necessarily a blush it's a pink highlighter okay uh they used the brow fix on me there and I don't have the brow fix I did like it but it wasn't as strong of a hold as what I normally go for like something like the anastasia brow freeze or the nyx brow glue or something like that so I'm gonna do that I'm going to use um my brow glue and then we'll move on to eyes okey dokey my eyebrows are feeling a little crazy today to be honest with you like they're just not giving what needs to be gave but it's okay we're gonna live life and roll with it my skin though she's giving she's giving I need to put on concealer I forgot to do concealer pardon me whilst I do this I do wish I had the uh the light corrector or the color corrector from Charlotte Tilbury but I do not so we won't cry but we might think about it also look at me I'm so proud to say that I am going through the ilia trueskin wait a minute trueskin serum concealer like literally I already have another one in my cart to purchase and I'm so proud of myself because seldom seldom do I go through products and so for me to go through that is a big deal because I have a million and ten concealers but that's just my favorite okay I'm gonna use my brush do my concealer um I do think it looks a thousand times better with a a beauty blender or beauty sponge so I I tried I ventured out not for me not my personal journey not my preference not into it but we tried okay let's move on to eyeshadow so I actually picked this up the other day I'm not going to use it but I wanted to show it to you guys this is in the shade amber gold um and I probably would have never purchased this but it's stunning and she used it on my eyes and it looked so beautiful I'll actually pop up a picture here so you guys can see my makeup whenever I got it done at the Charlotte Tilbury counter I learned a lot it was a vibe um yeah so let's use the Charlotte Tilbury pillow talk eyeshadow palette it's by far their most popular eyeshadow palette personally I'm not a girl who wears pink I'm just not it's not my vibe and I don't feel like it looks that great on my skin but for the sake of the video and also for the sake of just Charlotte Tilbury and this being popular I wanted to use it so um if you don't know you probably did but if you don't there are four shades so it has prime enhance pop and smoke or smoke and pop so prime enhance pop smoke so that's the darkest shade in the palette where you would smoke it out I'm gonna go with the first shade the lightest shade and the way that she teaches to do it is kind of just put it all over your eyelid and use that as your primer shade so that's what I'm doing I'm using this fluffy brush it's the A14 A11 sorry A11 from the Morphe and Ariel collection and it's really pretty it's one of my favorite brushes ever I talk about all the time um but yeah that's that shade laid down not very much to it just a nice little prime shade and I feel like it already gives you the very like blown out beautiful Charlotte Tilbury look I'm gonna go on with the second shade which is the enhanced shade and I'm going to look down and just put that in my crease while I keep my eyes open so I can see the situation see what's going on I don't want to put too much anywhere I don't want to put not enough I'm also going to drag it out a little bit because I do like that and I feel like that's how Charlotte does her looks drag down a tad so that was quick and simple and easy real time uh now I'm gonna go with the enhanced shade so the darkest excuse me the darkest shade pop it on my outer corners literally with the same brush you don't have to switch back and forth this part I do close my eyes for just so I can get it where it needs to go because you can't really get it into your outer crease without closing at least a little bit but I'm opening my eye to blend and then diffuse the product out now for my very favorite part we're going to go in with the pop shade which is the shade right here that has a ton of gold and pink glittery fleck and I'm just going to put that all over my eye and it is beautiful more the merrier in my opinion when it comes to these kind of shades they just catch the light so beautifully now for my bottom lash line because I think that a bottom lash line is very important especially whenever you're doing a Charlotte Tilbury look I'm going to use this brush this is the A7 brush from Morphe and Ariel and go in with literally every single shade and drag it onto the bottom lash line like right under so that there is just a pretty cohesive look also because we stick with pink tones it's all very monochromatic which I find to be extremely flattering on anyone um it's just pretty my skin does indeed look like there's a filter I'm going to go in with the um I'm done with that by the way I'm done with the eyeshadow palette I'm going to go in with the blush and the shade hello talk because you know monochromatic so this is what it looks like honestly I I've used it before but I don't really remember my thoughts on it um you know that I love ecstasy the blush ecstasy from Charlotte Tilbury I'm going to use it on my A22 brush from Morphe and Ariel her swish and pop blusher and put it on the high part of my cheekbone I really like that highlighter I'm not a highlighter gal loving my nose I find this formula just really diffuses product it makes it melt really well together the blush it's like the same pressed kind of powder as the finishing powder which I have sitting right here I was going to go in with it in just a second I guess I'm going with it now though this is that pressed powder I like to use it with a sponge sometimes but I also use it with the same blush brush and just kind of tap in tap it off and go anywhere that I need setting I don't ever feel like it makes me look cakey it just kind of sets your makeup down what is that just kind of sets your makeup down it makes everything look pretty okay so before I do anything else I'm going to set my face I'm going to use the Colourpop pretty fresh hyaluronic acid setting mist and let all that sink in I'm feeling very Charlotte Tilbury very pillow talkish now what I'm going to do is go in with the infamous now what I'm going to do is go in with the infamous lip cheat in the shade pillow talk and use it pretty much all over my lips and then go in with her collagen lip bath collagen enhanced pumping effect lip gloss and this one is in a shade peach plump which is a really pretty really pretty shade I really like that a lot I'm not a big fan of the formula itself but that color is pretty I do find that pillow talk I mean I know that it's literally the world's most popular lip color but it is a flattering shade now I'm going to go in with that lip gloss or collagen lip bath that's a nice name collagen lip bath um and this is the shade like I said plump peach peach there's definitely a thicker formula so it's going to stick around for a while I did like this applicator I thought it was very weird at first I was like what's the reason but it's like this split applicator but it's so convenient when you're going around your lips it just grips on to the outside of your lips so you can like get a perfect line charlie you freaking genius oh never mind I forgot to do my mascara okay for mascara I'm going to use the pillow talk mascara they actually sent me a sample of it the pillow talk push-up lashes but I literally have the full size and it's over there in my drawer but I just don't want to go get it you know what I mean I just do not can't be bothered so I'm going to use this I've talked about this before I do really like this mascara it's beautiful it's just difficult to so I'm going to use it it builds up really nicely I think it's really black separates your lashes and gives you volume and length my only complaint with this mascara is that it um it's hard to get off I do find that it gives you like a nice fluttery this lip combo is pretty a nice fluttery look though I find that no matter or I think that no matter what kind of lashes you have you would really like this mascara my left lashes are going a little crazy um to be honest with you because they're just like growing odd like a bunch of falling out and a bunch of growing in so they're just like not it but still yet the mascara looks really good on them and just looks nice and builds up really nicely so I think that you would enjoy this like I said no matter what kind of lashes that you have I think I'm going to go in with a little bit more eyeshadow on my lower lash line I just kind of like that look and I feel like it's not popping enough so I'm going to make it poppin I'm going to use this brush right here I think it'll work well and dip into all the shades again but mainly the darker shade and then just go all along the lower lash line even more I think this is very very very flattering on my eye color I have very green eyes and well I guess they're kind of they're green and blue I have blue on the very outside of my eye and then they're green everywhere else like very green um and it's just very flattering I don't know it looks really nice and then I'm going to pop just a little bit more of that enhanced shade right here I cannot do a look of Charlotte Tilbury without using ecstasy I can't do it I won't do it it's not for me so ecstasy on top of my cheeks and yeah man you guys that looks good like so good stupidly good okay I think this looks amazing like I said I love the way my base looks uh it just looks really nice flawless pretty much uh well not really but you know what I mean like as flawless as it can be the lip combo is stunning I think this lip gloss is so thick that it would stick around for a really long time so if you're looking for like a long long wearing lip gloss this is a really good option for you and also it's just really pretty I love pillow talk on my eyes and I really honestly thought that I wasn't going to like it like I thought multiple times oh and I'm going to use a different palette or I'm going to go with golden goddess or something like your bronze goddess golden goddess I don't know anyway I was like I'll do something like that but this looks so pretty and I find that every time I branch out and use something from Charlotte Tilbury that I was like oh no I don't think I would like that on me it looks really nice and I'm always surprised in the best way I also have an eyeliner here it is the walk of no shame eyeliner I think I'm gonna put this in my upper lash line it's just really flattering so I love her products I love that you can go on there and see what color would look best on you they have virtual consultations online they have um a thing yesterday I did this I don't even know what we call like a simulation sort of thing I guess I don't really know where you can try things on and it actually does look like you're wearing it's not just like you move your face to like fit the eyeshadow it puts it on there exactly how it would be worn and it looked amazing and even Caleb I did it at Caleb's house and he was like that's crazy I was like I don't know I don't know how they do these anyways guys that's the final look I love it you guys know I love Charlotte Tilbury I am an admirer of her of Sophia of the whole company in general I'm an admirer of the products I just I love it and every time I use a Charlotte Tilbury product that's new or I'm retrying it
