and I'm sure your problem will be resolved.
So keep watching the video till the end as you need to know all these four solutions
as you don't know what may work for you.
So without wasting time let's get started.
So the first way to fix the problem is by updating the device drivers or roll back
them to their previous versions. For this all you need to do is go to control panel
type here control panel to find it and here you will find the option of mouse.
In the mouse option go to hardware option click on this and now click on this ps2 compatible mouse.
Here you will see the option of change settings.
We need to change settings so click on this and here go to drivers.
Here is the option click on these drivers you can see the details of drivers or you can
here update the drivers.
Okay update the driver for this device.
Okay this mouse device and on clicking on this let's see what happens.
Here you will have two options.
Here it is saying how do you want to search for drivers.
So first is to automatically update these drivers online.
Okay it will search for the driver software and it will update it automatically
and second option is to browse your computer for driver software.
Okay so you can do this search automatically for updating drivers.
Okay so it will search online for drivers.
You need internet connection for this so this is the first option you can do this
and the second option was to browse your computer for device driver software.
Okay so cancel it you can use any of these.
Another option is to roll back driver.
Okay if the device fails after updating the driver you can roll back
the device driver to the previously installed driver.
So if it was working fine previously then you can roll back the driver
and the older version of this device driver will be installed.
Okay so these were the two ways by updating drivers.
Okay now if you find that your problem is still not solved then you can use the second method.
For this you need to stay in this control panel and in the search box type find and fix
and you will get here find and fix problems.
Okay click on this scroll down and you will see hardware and devices.
Okay so you can run the troubleshooter here and it will automatically find
what is the problem with your hardware and device and your computer will try to
resolve the problem automatically by finding it.
So you can run the troubleshooter here.
So it will try to detect the problems and will help you in solving the issue.
So you can use this method also.
So these were the two methods.
Now you can cancel it and if your problem is not solved you can use the third method.
Third method is again go to mouse option.
Okay and go to pointer options here.
In the pointer options you will see that enhanced pointer precision option is checked.
All you need to do is uncheck this enhanced pointer precision.
Okay by unchecking it you will solve the issues of
unexpected jumping or freezing of the mouse.
Okay so uncheck it and then apply and okay.
Now I will tell you the fourth and final way of resolving your mouse issues.
If you are finding that your mouse cursor is disappearing then you can use this method.
All you need to do is go to mouse option again.
Click on the pointer options and in the pointer option if you find that
the hide pointer while typing option is checked then all you need to do is uncheck it
and then apply and click okay.
