Girls Weekend at an OFF-GRID Cabin Retreat

This past weekend I spent in an off-grid A-frame cabin at a place called Retreat. It's a 12-acre property with multiple cabins, a sauna, hiking trails, and a large river. The Retreat allows guests the opportunity to experience a low-impact, self-sustainable cabin for the weekend. So I hope you enjoy watching my experience. All right, so we just finished at the grocery store and now we're heading back home and then going to finish packing up and then head up to the cabin. Okay, so we're just heading up now and it's like an hour and a half drive. It's three o'clock right now so we should get there about 4 30. Okay, so we just arrived at the cabin and they got the wood stove going for us already so it's already actually pretty warm in here. The cabin that I'm staying in is a 110 square foot A-frame cabin. It has a sleeping loft, a wood stove, and a large window to let plenty of light in. Okay, so we just got in and we're unpacking right now. After settling in we decide to play some card games. When was the last time you felt unappreciated by someone? Give yourself validation before flipping the next card. Right now we're just going to make some dinner. We have quesadillas tonight so we have some pre-cut chicken and vegetables and shredded our cheese. We're gonna cook it over the wood stove. Isn't it fun? Okay, no we're on the right way, we're on the right way. The owner is currently working on building another A-frame cabin. Yeah we'll have to tell you guys we're building this and we'll put you to work on it. Delicious. Yeah and then put like a nice like facially board here. Yeah.
