Cleaning the Rally Miata & Assessing the Damage

It's still as dirty as ever. Wait what? There's something, what is that? That is fantastic. Shout out to whoever wrote that note, and put it on my car. Today is going to be a short symbol video, we just need to clean this car, it is covered and caked with mud. The interior is caked with mud as well. I can't see out the back, which I don't need to, but it's bad, it's bad. I kept the mud on for a couple days because I really like the way it looks, but I'm sure it's destroying the paint, I'm sure it's rusting the car, because there is some bare metal. Let's see, I'm not sure if the car wash is exactly going to appreciate me coming through, but it's a car wash, so I'm washing my car. Oh ****, there's a ---- ton of people here. Don't mind me, don't mind me, don't mind me, don't mind me, please don't mind me, rice, not rice. Oh it's actually a group of ricers, we've got one there, and one over there. You know what, I'm all about Hondas, they make an amazing 4 cylinder engine, but when they're slammed to the ground with negative 10 degrees of camber, oh I mean this guy is wearing a slam that shirt, no, don't. Don't use that, it ruins your, oh ****, stop ruining your paint you stupid ricer, god, ah, ah. Don't use the foam brush dude, only wheel car enthusiasts know how to wash their cars. Why are you behind me? There's no weight right there, I'm caked in mud, it's going to take me like 20 minutes to wash this car, don't go behind me, you're dumb, you're doing this to yourself, oh good he's moving, all right, he got smart. The soft top leaks just a little bit, you know, it's really not too bad, it just kind of soaks the entire interior. I mean that kind of worked, it looks clean from the outside, the problem is that all the big stuff down there, it's still all there, all the big clumps couldn't get killed by the pressure washer, and that's all my suspension, so I think it's time to go through the $3 car wash a couple times, see how it does, it definitely looks quite nice, still some mud up there, still quite a bit of mud up there, whoops, rear suspension has a little bit, that sway bar is supposed to be disconnected, don't worry, also my bed liner paint job coming off, what kind of shitty ass bed liner comes off of a pressure washer, what kind of bed liner comes off of mud, that's ridiculous, would you like to upgrade your wash, we look forward to seeing you in action, yep, thank you, how many washes does it take to clean a mudding Miata, oh what is this light ass mist, oh there we go, yeah, that's what I'm talking about, oh yeah, oh yeah, it's probably going to damage my car more than it did off roading, Jesus, get that mud, the mud right there, oh ----, oh that's loud, oh water, oh god, water, oh ****, safety, I can feel the air through the softbox, oh ****, this is terrifying, get me out of here, go, go, go, go, I'm going, I don't care, that was scary, you could feel the air through the soft top, my god, those vacuum, or ******* blowy things are strong, this is it before, right kids, before, and after, a little better, I got all the chunks of dirt out, still dirty, but it no longer has chunks of dirt everywhere, I came back and they blocked off the one I was in because they had to clean it, ----, alright, maybe I should leave, paint still actually looks decent too, oh yeah, but that is kind of an issue, I'm going to go ahead and try to knock it off of like a stick, oh yeah, oh yeah, oh, that's disgusting, oh, yikes, okay, I probably shouldn't be doing this in my driveway, but, yes, yes, yes, we got all the stuff off the suspension and the steering, but I can't really get it all out from the oil pan and whatnot, I've learned a lot of things from this experience, oh my gosh, that's so bad, oh no, oh no, stop, go away, go away, no, break it up, break it up, I can break it up, oh no, it's worse, oh no, no, it's everywhere, the thing is that my neighbors already hate me, like I'm not saying it's a low key hate, it's a high key hate, they report me for doing anything wrong and I get a ticket, really annoying by the way, point is that I've now just ruined the entire look of this neighborhood, because this is like at the beginning of the neighborhood, our house, people come into the neighborhood and it's just mud everywhere, thankfully it is raining tomorrow, so I'm hoping the rain kind of clears some of it up, I've learned that once you go mudding, clean your car right away, it looks cool to have mud all over your car, especially since it's a Miata and it's like, wow, you actually used that thing, but once it gets caked on, it's impossible to get off, I also definitely need some sort of under tray just to make sure mud doesn't get all over there, that's coming soon, also the paint on the inner fender started to peel too, like what the ****, what bed liner is not supposed to peel off with mud, what kind of shitty ass bed liner is that, that kind of pissed me off, I guess I'll re-undercoat the entire thing, also let's assess the damage, my front license plate bracket got totally bent up, that's when I kind of ran into a ditch, yeah, that's totally bent up, I can probably bend it back, but it's kind of fucked, the paint's kind of fucked there too, plus mud, looks like the fender tore right here actually, that'll be fine, so we're going to cut that anyway, looks like the back fender is fine, but all that paint started to peel off, so dumb, nice bed liner, my rear bumper thing got bent up right above the exhaust when I landed on the exhaust kind of thing, oh yeah, this side fender is dented in here a little bit as well, but I mean, that's it, it's all cosmetic, it's all body stuff, it's all stuff that doesn't matter, because well, it's either going to be fixed, cut, or it just doesn't matter, that is going to be it for today guys, kind of a short, shimple, shimple, shimple, short, simple video, we didn't really do too much, we have had a lot of the Rally Miata, so I think we're going to take a break until we get the front bash bars, they shipped today, so we should get them in a couple of days, but for the next couple of days we'll be working on this, or Molly, hopefully you guys did enjoy, if you did, please make sure to like, and if you are new, please consider subscribing, it really, really helps, so I would appreciate that, anyway, I will see you guys next time, peace out, that's it.
