All right, what is up guys? Jerichan PZ. Welcome back to the channel. Today is a super exciting
video because we're going to be putting on a full titanium exhaust on our 2020 S1000RR.
If you don't know, this is actually our next giveaway bike, so we're going to be customizing
this bike, giving it away when we're done. If you would like to help support the project and
be entered to win this bad boy when we're done, check out the Patreon page. It's always the first
link in the description below. We're heading down to Santa Barbara Ducati. Christina's in front of
me. She has the exhaust system, and we're going to get this puppy sorted. I cannot wait to see
how much weight it saves and how she sounds when we're done. As I mentioned, we're going to be
doing that full titanium exhaust system today provided by Manny from Motomillion. It's an
Akrapovic header and mid-pipe with the SE Project MotoGP muffler. It's going to be ridiculously
loud, but it's also going to be super, super light. I'm thinking we're going to save probably
12 pounds or more, maybe 15 pounds. I'm not even sure. It could be 17. Who knows?
We're going to find out. I brought my weight scale along and everything like that.
And then after today, we're going to do a sprint filter, a Bren tuning flash,
also provided by Manny at Motomillion, and then we'll be putting it back on the dyno.
It's already the most powerful bike I've ever had in my possession and on the channel,
and it's freaking bone stock. It did 199 horsepower, and as you can see,
it is ridiculously fast. Good God. So I can't even imagine what this thing is going to be like
after we're done. It's going to be full carbon fiber, that full titanium exhaust system,
sprint filter, the Bren tuning stage two racing flash. I mean, it's going to be under 400 pounds,
over 200 horsepower to the wheel. It's going to be an absolute monster. So I cannot freaking wait
to see how this feels. It already feels ******* incredible. So yeah, I can just only imagine what
it's going to be like. So I'm going to get down there. I'll check in with you guys when we get
there. All right. We have arrived at Santa Barbara Ducati. We've got the bike up on the lift.
Brian is here, finally, and Teens is here, and she's going to do the unboxing.
Brian's birthday is this month, guys. Tell him happy birthday in the comment section below.
Also, Christina got her Instagram account back today. Thank the Lord. Thank you,
Instagram. Thank you, everybody who helped and sent us messages. We really appreciate it.
So now she has two accounts. You're getting homework to do today. Go follow all of them.
Go follow all of her accounts. I'll put them on the screen here. They're always in the description
too. Okay. Today, the exhaust. Teens, do the honors. Well, it's right here. I mean,
there's not much to do. Oh, okay. Well, that was pretty easy. But I want you to take all this stuff
off so they can see it. So as I mentioned, this came from Manny at Moto Million. We need razors.
She doesn't do that. She got laser removal so she doesn't have to shave.
It's like a baby's bottom down there. Okay. So it's Akrapovic headers and mid-pipe,
and then it's SC Project. Everyone has been yelling at me. They don't want to see big
exhausts anymore on motorcycles. So there you go. Manny from Moto Million put a custom exhaust
together for us so we can have a little tiny shorty MotoGP exhaust system. Look at that.
Wow. Oh, I can't wait to see how much this saves. We're going to unbox everything,
then we'll weigh it all, and we'll compare it to the stock system once we get it off. So
oh, I'm excited. Teens is busy, so Brian's helping us. We got to get this exhaust on today. So
here we go. This is the bell of the ball right here. Look at that. He doesn't do it as well
as I do. Full titanium SC Project muffler, MotoGP inspired. Oh my God. So there you go,
guys. There's the whole system, Akra headers and mid-pipe, and the SC Project MotoGP shorty,
courtesy of Manny at Moto Million. If you ever want to get anything from Manny at Moto Million,
you can use code CAMPISI. Save yourself some money. Let's get started. God, look at that.
Oh my Lord. That is so sexy. All right. Disassembly has begun. I'm going to help
Brian out a little bit. Are these? Wow, that's weird. These are star bits?
They're called torx. Torx, okay. I've never seen that on fairing bolts before.
That's kind of wild, right? You guys are so cute. Look at you two working together.
If anybody needs a mechanic, let me know. I'll send Brian over.
All right. It looks like we got bottom fairing over here done. Top one's coming off right now.
Right meow. Wow, that's a lot. You really think you're going to be able to get in there?
Wait, where the hell are the headers? They're on the front of the right. Oh,
okay. There you go. There's the headers. Those are actually pretty nice stock headers.
I'm impressed. Stainless steel though. Heavy as ----. That's also the catalytic converter,
which definitely is gone. And screw this muffler too. Look at that thing. It's massive.
All right. Right side coming off. Teens is giving Brian ---- over here.
Telling him that she could do a better job. Look at her. She's on her Instagram.
We lost her. She's back. Oh my gosh. Leave the poor guy alone. He's trying to do some work for
us here. All right. So it actually does look like we have a lot more room on this side.
So Brian said he's just going to drop the oil cooler down and see if that's enough to get
where he needs to go. And hopefully we don't have to take the entire radiator. Hopefully we don't
All right. The big old mufflers maybe coming off. Oh, I think it is. Look at that thing. Oh,
I can't wait to see what this weighs compared to SC project. Holy crap. Come on. You can do it,
baby. Come on. It's always nice when the customer rides it in. So it's hot and then
demands to be worked on immediately. What asshole would do that?
One step closer boys. All right, guys. First header nut coming off. It's actually the second
one. Damn it. It is the second one. There they are. I don't know about you guys, but I love
header nuts. All right. So unfortunately we couldn't get to one header bolt. So we're going
to go ahead and header nut. I should say, uh, drop the radiator down so we can slide it forward.
And then, because we might be able to get to it, but trying to put the new ones on the new
exhaust on was just not going to happen. It's just going to make it take way longer than it
needs to. So now we're moving the radiator. Fun stuff. Last header bolts off. Header nuts off.
Now the whole thing should kind of swing down. Is it caught on anything there?
What the hell are those? It's just a bracket for the oil cooler. Oh, okay. Yeah. The metal bracket
is going to have to be undone. Okay. One second. So I haven't actually had anything to eat yet
today. So teens went across the street to Fisco, got me a tuna melt sandwich. Guys,
this right here is literally heaven. It's so freaking good. If you're local in Santa Barbara,
go try the tuna melt sandwich from Fisco. You won't regret it. All right. Exhaust is coming off.
I'm eating a tuna melt sandwich. Always working hard.
In some trouble, Brian.
There we go. Exhaust off. Now we got to weigh it. Yes. We're going to weigh Brian too.
Weighing the stock exhaust setup here. Got everything on the scale and we're not going
to do all the bolts and all that kind of stuff. It looks like 24 pounds. So let's weigh the other
one and see what it weighs. All right. Got the new Akrapovic SC titanium exhaust. What do we got?
Oh my God. Seven pounds. So a total weight savings of 17 pounds. Here we go, boys. This
thing is going under 400. Oh my God. That's incredible. Servo motor removed. We actually
didn't even weigh this. Oh, that's probably a pound or at least. So I'm going to call it 18
pounds of weight savings today because I forgot about that. We already put our scales away. So
getting there. Almost ready to start fitting the new system on there. Look at it. Looks so naked.
Poor guy. All right. So that beautiful exhaust is finally getting fitted. I am so excited, guys. I
hate stock exhaust systems. So yeah, here we go. Starting to put the header nuts back on. I got it
only 14 tries later. And then we'll have to hook up the lambda sensors, O2 sensors,
and then we should be good to start putting it back together. All right. Moment of truth. Let's
see how the MotoGP SC project shorty muffler looks on this bad boy. Oh yeah. There you go,
guys. No more complaining about my big exhaust. I got a little one for you. That looks so freaking
good. We're just wiping everything down to make sure there's no oils from our fingers
or anything on the titanium. And then I think we're going to fire it up. So let's see if this
bitch will shoot some flames for you. Okay. Moment of truth. Let's see how loud this thing is. Go
Oh God. Wow. Okay then. Teens, I don't think I should bring this back to my house.
That last one, you blew my eardrum. Thanks for the warning.
That was pretty brutal. Dude. Wow. Okay. There you go. That is ridiculous.
All right. I'm going to turn it on one more time.
Thank you, Jarrett. Thank you. That's kind of loud. Yeah. When it gets above like 10 grand,
it just... Good God. All right. So there you go, guys. That's going to do it for this episode.
The full titanium exhaust is officially installed on our 2020 S1000RR. Don't forget,
we are going to be giving this bike away. If you want to be entered to win this bad boy,
check out the Patreon page. It's always the first link in the description below.
Thank you to Brian here at Santa Barbara Ducati for the Krispy Kreme install. And we're going to
be doing the flash and the filter next. Then we're going to be putting this bad boy in the dyno.
And I think it's going to be making a ridiculous amount of power. Also saved 18 pounds already
with one mod. This is going to be an epic bike before it's done. That's going to do it for this
one. Hope you guys enjoyed it. Give it a thumbs up. Subscribe. We'll see you later.
