
Homemade noodles with bolognese sauce!!!! KNEAD THEM AT THE TABLE!!! Tallarines con salsa bolognesa
Sauce:
1 garlic clove
1 medium onion
1/2 red bell bell pepper
300 grams of ground beef
salt, pepper
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon of paprika
Cook the garlic and onion in a frying pan until transparent, add the ground beef, salt and pepper to taste, add the red pepper, cook for a few minutes and add 2 cups of tomato sauce.
Add 2 bay leaves, a tablespoon of paprika and cook for 30/40 minutes over low heat.
For the noodle dough:
300gs flour 000
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt.
1 dash of oil
Water quantity needed.
Place in a bowl or on the counter, the flour and salt. in the center make a hole, place the eggs and a dash of oil. begin to unite and form the dough. If necessary, add water.
Knead until you get a homogeneous dough. let it rest covered for about 20 minutes.
Then stretch and cut to the desired size.
In a pot of boiling water, cook them until they are tender.
Serve with the sauce and grated cheese.
