What's up my fitness champions! Your going to love this work out from home routine! It doesn't require alot of strength but will require some stamina. Feel free to stop the video when needed to rest or take drink of water. Even though the title says 25 minutes. For those that are new to working out. Let's just focus on completing the workout. - 50 High knees
