Ciao! 💚🌳 Welcome to our country home in Italy!
During this Summer we spend pleasant days in which we often have happy time in the kitchen. We like to make homemade pasta, this time giving us a touch of the sea! We also collected the first figs that have ripened and tasted them on croutons combined with two different cheeses: a softer one (ricotta cheese) and a more seasoned one, a blue cheese. Furthermore, many time is spent working at the new kitchen, we're approaching the home stretch!

🇮🇹 Durante questa estate passiamo giornate piacevoli in cui spesso ci cimentiamo in cucina. Ci piace preparare la pasta fresca, questa volta regalandoci un tocco di mare! Abbiamo inoltre raccolto i primi fichi che sono maturati e li abbiamo gustati sui crostini abbinati a due formaggi diversi: uno più morbido (ricotta) ed uno più stagionato, con un sapore erborinato. Inoltre, passiamo molto tempo a lavorare alla nuova cucina, siamo in dirittura d'arrivo!
