How to Plant Stunning Cascading Flowers (wave petunias) in Pallet Planter Box

This is a simple flower gardening project that will create a WOW factor in your yard all summer long! I built a pallet planter box from a couple pallets, and uniquely drilled holes in the sides of the planter for cascading flowers.
