155 Yong Chuan Palanquin, A Visit to Shennong Street

Shennong Street is one of the most well-preserved old streets in Tainan City. Many of its old houses dating back to the Qing Dynasty and the Japanese rule period still preserve their external appearances and structures. At the intersection of Shennong and Hainan Streets, you will be able to appreciate palanquins placed in old houses on Shennong Street, which were carved by award-winning Mr. Wang Yongchuan.
