...quit the Chinese Communist Party movement, a.k.a. Trao Dao, which represents what Martin Luther King and Gandhi dedicated their lives to, namely the undying human yearning for freedom along the enamble arc of history for a democratic government.
The Trao Dao movement follows the long tradition of those who have resisted repression and opposed tyranny of the one or the few over the will of the many.
Yet if the many are silent or apathetic, then the one or few can easily rule over them.
Facing no opposition, authoritarian leaders and their sycophants do not need coercion or torture.
But the Communist Party does indeed face opponents in the form of the Trao Dao movement and groups which align with it.
The CCP domination of Chinese politics has led to mass incarceration, brutal killings, torture, and imprisonment of people whose only desire is to live and breathe freely.
The opponents of the CCP do not hate China, they love China.
Its traditions, its history, the rich culture which it has brought to the world, the food.
The CCP has killed over 8 million citizens during the Great Leap Forward, the Cultural Revolution, the Tiananmen Square Massacre, and the persecution of Hanon Dao practitioners, Christians, Uyghurs, Tibetans, and others.
They have used these people as sources of illegal organ transplants, has forced labor to make Chinese exports of goods to the U.S. and Europe so cheap that it undermines the production of U.S. employers and thereby increases unemployment in the U.S.
The CCP has long used its spy services to target U.S. technologies, stealing trade secrets and intellectual property offered from U.S. universities like the University of Pennsylvania in Drexel.
CCP scientists take credit for the work of our hard-working U.S. scientists and technology firms.
The CCP then uses these technologies to build products which undermine their economic competitors in a democratic world.
Where countries and businesses still believe in the rule of law and protection of their workers' rights.
Is it not strange that China's workers' state cares so little about its workers and views them as innocent, as forced labor and slaves?
A third-tier regime like the one run by the CCP does not hear the worries of their people about going to war.
As such, the CCP is not afraid to encroach on other countries' resources, demand high interest on loans they give to develop the economies, eventually turning them into nothing more than minions of the CCP.
The authoritarian government of China also does not refrain from cutting off other countries' access to resources, restricts the flow of capital and investment out of China.
It limits convertibility of the yuan on the international market, all for the benefit of enriching the Communist Party.
The peoples of a freedom-loving country should be protesting. That is why we are here today.
We are here to support the brave souls of the TweetOn movement, to praise them.
They are Democrats of the traditions of George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Nelson Mandela, Lech Walesa, and Martin Luther King.
These people, like the TweetOn movement, risk their lives for the sake of others and for the future of others.
It is a great honor to be here and to join voices with others as we commend their work.
Thank you very much.
