President Donald Trump speaks to reporters during a press gaggle upon his arrival at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland on Oct. 28.
We had a tremendous day in Texas.
We had two big rallies.
They were packed.
We had people watching outside the screens.
We put up the big screens, the jumbotrons,
or whatever they're called.
But they were big, packed rallies,
and people haven't really seen anything like it.
And it's very exciting.
I think we've made a big impact.
We'll see what happens on Tuesday,
but I think we've made a big impact.
It's very exciting what's going on.
I'm going to be going to Ohio.
I'll be going to South Carolina.
she's doing well. She's at a poll where she's up, and it's Darlene.
And I think in Ohio,
they are up too. So we're doing very well.
We're having a very big impact, Steve.
The lobby of Baltimore coming to the United States, what is that about?
Well, I would approve. I think they're fine people.
The election was very strange,
and I thought it was terrible. It's gotten bad reviews.
You look at what happened to their
market. Would I approve of it? Yeah, I would approve of it entirely.
I think it would be okay with me.
I think it's so terrible to see it.
I didn't take sides.
You know, I know him both.
I know Lula.
I know Mario a little bit.
I know the father very well.
The father was treated really badly, I thought.
But I wasn't involved.
That's Brazil.
It's a different country.
I do get involved in some.
I was involved in Colombia.
I endorsed El Tigre, and he won.
He was in 10th place, and he won.
And he's turning out to be a very strong, very good president.
As you know, in Argentina, I endorsed.
In numerous countries, I endorsed.
They always won.
I didn't endorse in Brazil.
I thought I'd stay out of that one.
And I thought the end result, you know, it's fine, the end result.
But the way they got to the end result was terrible.
Where is Flavio?
Is he in Miami?
I heard he was in Argentina.
I don't know where he is.
I mean, I heard he was in Argentina.
He was in the United States.
But I don't, that I don't know.
I heard he was in Argentina.
But, yeah, I wouldn't certainly approve of him being.
I heard the opposite.
I actually heard that the poll
numbers were wrong. They had
exit polls. I'm hearing that he did very well.
It's, you know, it's pretty close,
which was very well.
When the endorsement went out, it helped him a lot.
But I actually heard
he did pretty well. It might be winning or tied.
A tie is sort of considered a win in that case
because it's a big chess match.
But I heard he's doing pretty well.
It's a little bit early.
No, I haven't.
It's a little bit early yet,
but I'm hearing that in Israel that he,
I mean, the top people are saying,
wow, he did a lot better than people thought.
Sort of like maybe a stalemate or a win,
but we'll find out pretty soon.
Ambassador Kushner, he's talking French.
He's a great guy.
He's a rich man,
and he took over the French embassy,
And he spends a lot of his time making it beautiful.
It was in rough shape, beautiful building.
But, you know, it's been lived in for 100 years by various ambassadors,
and nobody does anything.
He's somebody like me, I guess.
He likes to fix things up, and he's done an incredible job.
He's painstakingly brought it back to life.
It's a beautiful, beautiful place, beautiful embassy, beautiful home.
We talked about France, and obviously it would be a predominant.
He was showing me what he did.
But then we talked about France, and it's an immigration problem.
I mean, it's not a school problem.
It's an immigration problem.
It's a very sad thing to watch.
I've been saying that to President Macron for a long time,
who I like a lot, by the way.
But I said, you're going to end up losing
your country if you don't do something.
But it's an immigration.
You have people that hate France.
They hate the buildings, hate the art, hate the people.
And they're in there.
him. You'd have to get him out.
Something has to happen and they better do something. I've been
saying it for 10 years to the president.
I've known him for a long time. And it's I think what's
happened in France and other countries in Europe is very sad.
On the plane with you today. Can you tell us what you discussed?
Is it related to Iran or Russia?
About Iran, talked about Russia.
And I think with Russia, we're making a lot of progress
with Russia-Ukraine. There'll be a meeting set up very soon,
and I think a lot of progress is
being made to stop with President Putin and President Zelensky.
And I think a lot of progress
is made. I think with Iran, we're in a very good position.
It's a question, when do I want to end
it? Simply a question of when do I want to end it.
And they want to make a deal, but they've
wanted to make a deal, but they like tapping it along.
Maybe they're waiting for the election or
something but that's not going to help them
the election's not going to help them but i i think
we've uh look we've decimated their military we've decimated
their finances they have no money they
have inflation the highest in the world 301 percent
as of a couple of days ago but we'll
see what happens we're in good position regardless
strikes against iran after the election i mean i
can't tell you that certainly but anything's possible but i can't
He said that he expects your support if he runs for president.
Would you endorse him?
A great group of people, very talented.
It's a tremendous cabinet, I think.
Maybe the best ever.
Including Zelensky.
When are you thinking about it?
Probably soon.
We may, you know, probably soon.
And I would say it would be a meeting.
They'd like to have a meeting.
So we'll see.
We'll probably make it.
It could be done, not necessarily through a meeting, other ways too.
But I would say it'll happen over the next not too long.
Does not include Zelensky go to Asia?
Well, I would if it didn't include Ukraine.
You know, Russia is a big country.
We're meeting with — scheduled already —
with President Xi of China.
And we have a meeting on nuclear disarmament,
which is a very great meeting, as far as I'm concerned.
Maybe the single most important meeting.
So we do have — we talk about the denuclearization
of the various countries.
So, certainly, Russia would fit into that.
We have the most nuclear weapons.
Russia's second, pretty close, pretty close behind.
And China's much further behind,
but they'll catch us within five years.
And it all doesn't make sense.
So we talk about that.
We actually talk about it a lot.
Nuclear disarmament with President Xi and President Putin.
One of the topics.
But the denuclearization.
I mean, when you look at 1,700,
1,800 of these unbelievably deadly missiles,
it's very dangerous stuff.
Very, very dangerous.
If something could be done in that regard, it would be great.
It's not an easy thing to do because nobody wants to sort of just say,
well, because you do have other countries having much lesser numbers,
but they also have nuclear weapons.
So it gets to be difficult.
Thank you very much.
