Late Winter, Early Spring | Baked Apples & Apple Butter #vlogger #vlog #silentvlog

This video was filmed a while ago, when there were lots of apples in the supermarket, but I haven’t had time to upload it until now.

Baked Apples
Mix cinnamon powder, coconut sugar, and granulated sugar together.
Add an appropriate amount of butter.
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

Apple Butter
2 apples (about 380g each)

70ml water
Sugar to taste
About 3/4–1 tsp cinnamon powder
A pinch of ground cloves, optional
A little nutmeg
Juice of half a lemon
Cook for about 30 minutes
Blend until smooth, then cook again until thickened
