ExclusiveReality: East (CCP) Declines and West (USA) Rises

CCP and Xi Jinping kept saying the East rises and the west decline for years, meaning CCP led camp of dictatorship is getting stronger than the US- led camp of freedom. Watching what's going on inside CCP leadership and the ongoing trade war, we see the opposite.

A few days before the CCP 4th plenary meeting, the Chinese ministry of defense announced 9 admirals holding very important position were purged, all are Xi's people. Another dozen top generals are in the waiting list to be purged.

USA under the leadership of Trump is intensifying its pressure in trade war with CCP. Trump's ultimate goal is to open China, not just opening the market but open China politically. US has launched its counter attack pushing China to open up herself and doing that without firing a missile. Is the East rising? Or the opposite?
