Trump made his speech without the script, a perch that shocked the world, a wake up call to everyone. He warned the world, in particularly Europe, if they don't stop the massive illegal immigration, their country will slide down. He criticized the radical environmentalists's conspiracy in making up climate crisis. He sees oil and gas are needed for a better economy. He found it absurd to blame CO2 as the reason for climate crisis.

In his speech, he strongly criticized some European countries indirectly financing Russian invasion of Ukraine by buying a huge amount of Russian oil. He also warned China in helping Russia.
