Trump, Starmer Hold Joint Press Conference; Mayor Bowser, DC Leaders Testify on Crime Policies

President Donald Trump arrived at British Prime Minister Keir Starmer's country residence on Thursday for talks on global affairs. The two leaders also unveiled a $205 billion package of U.S. investment into the UK. Trump and Starmer will hold a joint press conference following the signing of the deal.
