Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem will visit Central America this week, including El Salvador's Terrorism Confinement Center, where hundreds of deported criminals are held. The visit aims to send a strong message to those entering the U.S. illegally. Meanwhile, a legal battle continues over deportation flights, with Trump administration officials confirming they will follow court orders.
