Federal judge, John Coughenour, temporarily blocks President Donald Trump's executive order to end birthright citizenship for the children of illegal immigrants. Changing a constitutional amendment would be extremely difficult. But Republican Representative Brian Babin has introduced a bill to end birthright citizenship. Hundreds of protestors gathered in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, to protest ending birthright citizenship.
A bill to require healthcare providers to try and save the life of a baby, born alive during an attempted abortion passed the House on Thursday, that's despite Democrats shooting it down in the Senate calling the bill a reproductive surveillance act. The congressional action comes as thousands of pro-life advocates flood Washington D.C. for the annual March for Life. President Trump is expected to speak to the March for Life crowd later today by video, with Vice President JD Vance to appear in person.
