Biden, Trump Prepare Debate Strategies; SCOTUS ‘Inadvertently’ Releases Opinion on Abortion Case

Tonight, the first presidential debate of the season. We look at what to expect as Former President Trump takes on President Biden.

The Supreme Court appears ready to allow emergency abortions in Idaho when a mother’s health is at risk. A copy of the opinion was briefly posted on the court’s website on June 26. The case started when the Justice Department sued Idaho over its abortion law. The law allows a woman to get an abortion only when her life, not her health, is at risk. A Court spokeswoman said an opinion would be issued in due course.

Homeland security says illegal border crossings are dropping quickly. They’re at the lowest point since president Biden took office. NTD’s international correspondent Arian Pasdar has the immigration update.
