法輪修煉大法是由李洪志先生創編的佛家上乘修煉大法。法輪大法的修煉直指人心，指出真正修煉就得按照「真、善、忍」的標準修煉自己的這顆心，叫修心性。法輪大法還有五套功法，簡單易學。 修在先，煉在後。 「不修心性，只煉動作是不能長功的」 。「動作是圓滿的輔助手段。」
