【新唐人北京時間2026年11月07日訊】11月5日晚到6日，美國喬治亞州北部遭遇罕見洪災，河水暴漲，大片社區被淹，4個縣進入緊急狀態，有些地方還實施了宵禁。
這場洪水來得又快又猛，當地部分地區短時間內降下8到11英吋的暴雨。
雨下得太大，托科阿河（Toccoa River）水位迅速上漲，打破歷史紀錄。洪水衝進居民區，道路被淹，不少人被困在家中。
其中，麥凱斯維爾市（McCaysville）是受災最嚴重的地方之一。
當地警察局長說，從午夜開始，消防和救援人員就一直忙著救人。他們開著救援船，用上木筏，在湍急的洪水中進行了多達40次水上救援。

According to initial reports, rescue crews using boats have conducted more than 30 water rescues as floodwaters inundated streets, businesses, and surrounding neighborhoods. Emergency officials are urging residents to stay off roadways, avoid flooded areas, and follow evacuation instructions as crews continue working to reach people affected by the flooding. The extent of damage to homes, businesses, and infrastructure remains unclear. Authorities are reminding motorists never to attempt to drive through flooded roadways, where dangerous currents and hidden hazards can turn deadly within seconds.

好消息是，到目前為止，還沒有接到有人身亡或重傷的報告。
面對嚴重災情，喬治亞州州長肯普（Brian Kemp）宣布，範寧縣（Fannin County）、吉爾默縣（Gilmer County）、默里縣（Murray County）和尤寧縣（Union County）進入緊急狀態，讓救援人員能及時獲得需要的資源。
與此同時，麥凱斯維爾市也採取了緊急措施。
當地政府宣布，部分重災區從每天下午6點到第二天早上6點，實施強制宵禁，什麼時候解除，還要等進一步通知。
而且，進城的所有道路都已經關閉，除了救援人員，其他人暫時不能進入。
受到洪災影響，範寧縣的學校11月6日全部停課，連線上課程也暫停了。
目前，洪水正在慢慢退去，救援人員和志願者正忙著清理道路、檢查受損房屋，並盡快恢復供水供電。
當地政府也提醒居民，千萬不要冒險進入災區，更不要開車穿過積水路段，以免發生危險。
