Democratic Gov. Maura Healey and Republican challenger Mike Minogue will be hitting the campaign trail this weekend in a final appeal to voters before polls open on Tuesday.

Healey and Lt. Gov. Kim Driscoll will be leading Get Out The Vote rallies in the central and southeastern regions of the state over the weekend.

On Saturday, Healey and Driscoll will kick off the day in Lawrence to lead a rally alongside Sen. Ed Markey, state Attorney General Andrea Campbell, and Congresswoman Lori Trahan.

They’ll then head to Lynn, where state Treasurer Deb Goldberg and Democratic congressional candidate Dan Koh will join them for their “Team Massachusetts” North Shore rally. After stumping on the north shore, the pair will head to Gloucester and Lowell to launch respective Halloween costume canvasses.

On Sunday, the Healey-Driscoll team will make stops across the south coast — a newly-developed GOP stronghold and an expected battleground in the upcoming election. Both the Healey and Minogue teams have prioritized campaign trips to the south coast.

The region may prove pivotal this election cycle, as it showed the most support for President Donald Trump in the state during the 2024 election.

Trump saw victories over Kamala Harris in 10 of the 16 cities and towns making up the south coast, with notable wins in Acushnet (61%), Dighton (58.6%), Rehoboth (55.6%), Rochester (56%), and Lakeville (55.6%), while also squeezing out a key win in the City of Fall River with 49.9% of the vote to Harris’ 48.2%.

First, Healey and Driscoll will start the morning in Plymouth with Congressman Bill Keating and local elected officials to deliver remarks at another “Team Massachusetts” rally. Then, Lt. Gov. Driscoll will head to the south coast to launch Get Out The Vote canvasses in New Bedford and Taunton as Gov. Healey holds a meet and greet with Haitian voters in Brockton.

To close out the weekend, they will both hold a roundtable discussion with Latino voters in Worcester prior to a final Get Out The Vote rally in the city. Markey and Goldberg will rejoin Healey and Driscoll as Congressman Jim McGovern is expected to make an appearance as well. Finally, they will end their weekend campaigning at Treehouse Brewery in Charlton.

In the meantime, Minogue will kick off the weekend at Republican National Committeeman Brad Wyatt’s office in Worcester for a “Make a Plan to Vote” phone bank. Minogue supporters are welcomed to join the phone bank.

Then, Team Minogue will head to Peabody to lead supporters in a final door-knocking campaign to close the day out.

Minogue has a much busier Sunday schedule, starting the day in Andover for an 8:00 a.m. meet and greet at Perry’s Plate. At 12:30, Minogue’s wife, Renee, will be hosting a meet and greet of her own in at Cafeteria Hall in downtown Lawrence.

Minogue will wrap up his final campaign weekend with a rally at Leo’s Restaurants and Events in Braintree, starting at 5:30 p.m.

On Monday, Minogue and his wife Renee will make their final campaign stops of the election in Revere, Lexington and Medford while also hosting another phone bank in Worcester.
