KINGSTON – A Napanoch man has been indicted on charges of manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide in connection with a 2025 two-car crash on Route 209 in the Town of Wawarsing.
State Police said Raul Braddock-Toala, 26, of Napanoch, was involved in the October 5, 2025 collision that claimed the life of Kaelyn Rausch, 24, of Ellenville.
Braddock-Toala was indicted by an Ulster County grand jury on October 6, 2026 and was arrested on October 14.
He was also charged with reckless endangerment, on October 15 and remanded to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
