The pop star was among several celebrities attending the queer-friendly event, where she made a striking impression in a sheer mesh minidress layered over black lingerie and paired with thigh-high lace-up boots.
Her sleeveless dress featured cross-shaped stitching throughout, while fishnet stockings added another distinctive element to the outfit.
Aguilera completed the look with tousled platinum blonde hair, subtle jewellery and dramatic, smoky makeup.
The Genie In A Bottle singer was one of several well-known names at the gathering, which aims to raise awareness of HIV prevention, sexual health and access to PrEP medication.
Demi Lovato, Kesha, Charli XCX and Chappell Roan were also among the attendees. Charli XCX and Chappell Roan took to the stage to perform during the evening.
This is not the first time the 45-year-old Aguilera has attracted attention for her fashion choices.
In March, she sparked a strong reaction with a provocative photo shoot that showed her wrapped entirely in cling film. The following month, she appeared at the Breakthrough Prize Ceremony gala in a striking black leather dress, accompanied by a noticeably different hairstyle.
