LEOMINSTER — Looking to refresh your fall wardrobe without spending money or adding to clothing waste? The Leominster Public Library will host an adult sweater swap from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 22.
The event will give participants an opportunity to exchange sweaters, discover something new and shop sustainably while meeting other members of the community.
Participants may take up to two sweaters from the swap. Those who wish to donate sweaters must register in advance.
Donors may contribute a maximum of three sweaters. All donated clothing must be in good condition and free of holes, stains and excessive wear.
Everyone is welcome to participate in the swap, but registration is required for those donating sweaters. Each patron may have only one registration in their name. Drop-off arrangements for donated sweaters will be made after registration.
