Anthony Garvey of the NYPD; Putnam County Sheriff and MTA Police Chief Kevin McConville; Chief Ron Goodrow of the Mahopac FD; Sgt. Harry Gorman of the New York Air National Guard and Sgt. The latest victims of the terrorist attacks join Putnam’s eight heroes who died on 9-11 plus the 16 others who have passed away from September 11 illnesses since the day that turned the world upside down.
The ceremony highlighted by the Roll Call of Heroes will take place at 7 p.m. on September 11 at Cornerstone Park at the intersection of Routes 52 and Fair Street in Carmel.
