Andrew Berry has been the general manager of the Cleveland Browns since the 2020 NFL season. Cleveland has made the playoffs a few times under his watch in the front office. However, some Browns fans felt like he needed to be fired after they finished with a 5-12 record last season. Cleveland fired head coach Kevin Stefanski, but they kept Berry around for some reason in the front office.

Many Browns fans were not happy that he picked Todd Monken as the new head coach in the off-season. Well, many fans are wondering who is responsible for picking Deshaun Watson as the starting quarterback over Shedeur Sanders for the week one matchup on the road against the Jacksonville Jaguars. If this team misses the playoffs this season, there is a chance that Monken and also Berry could be fired as well.
Cleveland Browns Fans Want Andrew Berry Fired as General Manager

With Watson being named the starting quarterback, a lot of fans are placing blame on owner Jimmy Haslam, but they feel like Berry deserves a lot of blame as well. This is what Cleveland fans had to say on Twitter about Berry:

The Browns might be the worst run organization in all of sports. Haslam might be the worst owner in the NFL. This is really bad that Watson is the starting quarterback. Cleveland is probably going to miss the playoffs for a third straight season. It would be organizational malpractice to keep Berry around as general manager and have him pick the next quarterback in the 2027 NFL Draft here.
